Yesterday, I call the main number again, and Cherish answers- only to tell me she is working on closing someone else's loan and SWEARS she will call me and email me. 5:00 comes around and no further communication. I've called three times today and they are literally ignoring my calls, but have answered my call from a different number. I still have no idea what the status of my loan application is, because I've not been able to speak with anyone. I can only assume that I did not qualify, and therefor am not of importance. I've even asked to be switched to someone else to work with, and no response. Totally unacceptable.

Our experience with the home loan process was mostly with Katie Jan as well. She was above accommodating in meeting with us at times that really worked for our schedules. I'm new to AK and had extenuating circumstances with employment and disability. I have impeccable credit and a great job here. But proving income while on disability is impossible. By the FHA rule book I should not have gotten a loan. But Russ went to bat for me and pled my case to the underwriter. Russ even offered to help me move!
