I'm new to AK and had extenuating circumstances with employment and disability. I have impeccable credit and a great job here. But proving income while on disability is impossible. By the FHA rule book I should not have gotten a loan. But Russ went to bat for me and pled my case to the underwriter. Russ even offered to help me move! Our experience with the home loan process was mostly with Katie Jan as well. She was above accommodating in meeting with us at times that really worked for our schedules.
