I paid over $400 for this woman to do my taxes and they were not correct, she was not professional about returning phonecalls/emails and had to get another associate to explain them to me because she wasn't making any sense. Preparation of two forms and itemized fees from a two 5 minute phone calls and three email questions billed over 5500.00! This being after a generous discount of over 1000.00 No itemization of time spent just a number! How can they get away with this? Especially a company of BDO size! They just give you a bill with no detail and expect it to be paid. Wow am I the only one seeing this? Lame!
