This office is completely worthless! I waited for nearly 45 mins to talk to someone about insurance…read moreand she was to busy on a personal phone call to even acknowledge I was there. She lied out of her ass about fees and coverages. I was told that changing my policy would not affect my payments and that I would continue to pay a bit higher of a rate. But what she DIDN'T tell me was there was a added 700$ fee to add a vehicle on my account and it was required upfront! Not being able to pay the full amount she noted in the computer that I would make payments on it in addition to my normal policy fees. They then CANCLED my insurence without me knowing about it. The lady stated that she had tried to contact me to inform me which was complete bullshit. Because I received no notice in the mail,email or by phone. Now they have sent me to collections even though I called back after they canceled my insurence and asked about payments on the balance. I was told of I make payments monthly they would not send me to collections. And yet they sent me to collections!! On top of all this the guy that runs it Bruce is NEVER in the office and will avoid phone calls or messages. If you are thinking about using All State in Eagle River seriously consider a different branch!
