Any time I need something, the staff are quick to respond and thorough in the outcome. I also hold tow/assistance rider for $10/yr per car. When I need roadside assistance, I call a tow company and afterwards email StateFarm the bill and they're quick to mail out the reimbursement. They'll email policy/coverage cards quickly if lost or needed for any reason. Friendly and polite on the phone. Love the app for paying bills and checking (and even changing!) coverage. Keep up the solid work.

When I decided to close my account they billed me for an additional month. I thought it was an honest mistake and asked for a refund. After two months of phone calls they're claiming that they always provided the insurance up front and I paid after the fact. Seriously? Do you know of any insurance company that doesn't charge in advance? See if they'll give you the same deal. My advice is tell your bank to block their charges when you close your account.

She's helped to guide our insurance choices through financial ups and downs, the addition of children to our family, and major health diagnoses. It's incredibly reassuring to work with someone who doesn't just understand insurance, but who understands the benefits and drawbacks of different policies--especially as they apply to living in Alaska. I'm so grateful for Shayla's patience and her ability to explain complex information in a way that's easy to understand. The receptionist was eager to help us pulled up my husband's name and quickly tapped on our mortgage insurance, which we do not pay through State farm. $1500 was taken out of our account that was supposed to be 500. When we realize this after looking at our account we called. When asked about the transaction we were told what happened and we were nice about it and we understand mistakes. The problem was we did not get a refund. It has been over 10 days which we were told we would get it within 7 to 10 days. We called yesterday and were told that it was in the check was in the mail and it was going take two weeks or so for us to receive it. This is a total of 30 days to refund us $1500. Needless to say we are switching to another office and are really hopeful that their office help is more professional and accurate. This is a very unfortunate situation because it's hard to change after 40 years. The worst part is Justin. We tried to talk to him. We called several times. They were willing to transfer us through to him until they figured out who we were. Justin has been so rude to me in the past for no reason he's just not a nice guy. we never have been able to discuss the situation with Justin. We were offered his voicemail every time we called even though initially they said he was there and could take a call until we told them who we were.

When I walked into Lance's office, I was emotional and overwhelmed. I was letting go of everything I had known for the past 39 years, and I was scared of what my future might hold. Lance immediately put me at ease. He truly cradled my soul in that moment and reassured me that I was in the right place and that Erik Bruce would take exceptional care of all my financial matters. Although Erik was out of town at the time, Lance stepped in without hesitation. While he may be young, it took only a few minutes for me to know I was in capable, trustworthy hands. What stood out most was not just his professionalism, but his genuine compassion. Lance does not simply take care of the clients who walk through the door--he truly cares about the advisors he leads and the clients they serve. Whenever Erik is unavailable, Lance personally handles my requests with the same level of care, attention, and respect. Thank you, Lance, for not only taking care of your advisors, but for being deeply involved with the clients they manage. You are a kind and steady presence during uncertain times. If you haven't taken the time to leave a review for these gentlemen, I strongly encourage you to do so--they are sincere, compassionate, and truly care about the people they serve.
