I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use a secure digital file system so that I could upload files ahead of time. Very helpful! On the day of my appointment, John was able to knock out my mom's taxes in an hour or less. Thankfully her taxes are pretty straightforward, but the federal and state returns were e-filed and everything processed in a couple weeks. That was great! I'm almost considering having Lee Mandel & Associates do my own taxes next year! Money and time well spent here.

I got next to nothing and asked what happened. I was told the new amount was correct, but the original return they sent me and had me sign was a mistake. Our most recent hardware/software crisis occurred late on a Sunday evening. iEple was there within the hour and staff worked throughout the night to restore the failing system and have us up and running by daybreak. With iEple, each issue is tracked with a 'ticket' that results in an email summarizing the exact nature of the problem and the 'quick-fix' solution as well as plans or proposals for longer term management and prevention of the problems. It is reassuring to be able to file these emails into folders that create a great log book for current and future reference. Thirty percent less than we often paid in the past. iEple is a hard deal to beat.
