She said that she wanted to look at the offer and make sure there weren't hidden dangers built-into that funding. If the private funding was good, she said she'd encourage me to go that route. Meanwhile, she told me what to look out for. Sure enough, she was right and the funding wasn't a great deal. She was also always available to answer questions, morning, noon, night, and weekends. I called today and was told something completely different. I was advised that because this is from a business account and that there was no payroll stamp connected to the check that it would not be cleared until Thursday 4/3/24. He was not made aware of this and we even faxed over an image of check as advised from the bank. We will be closing our account as soon as this check clears and we can withdrawal the funds. The miscommunication is what has done it for us. Not to mention I went into the bank on Saturday to confirm when the check would clear and was assured it would be on Tuesday as well.
