We stayed here for 13 days on vacation and while helping our daughter move to the Orlando area. We chose this location because of the kitchen facilities. Each room has an electric stove, pots and pans, dish ware and cups, silverware. There is also a small dishwasher if needed. We also chose this hotel because of the medium size fridge. We made a Costco run for our daughter and was able to use the fridge to store her food before she moved in. The AC works great and cools the living room and bedroom areas nicely. The shower was an interesting setup. It's a walk in shower and there is no door. To avoid water getting into the rest of the bathroom you have to point the shower head toward the wall which makes it difficult to shower in the first place. And that's if you are tall enough to reach the shower head. I'm 5'4" and found it a bit of a challenge (tippy toes). I would recommend ask for extra towels to place in front of the shower to avoid spillage. We did have issues with our keys throughout the trip and had to go to the front desk 3 times to have them reset so they would work. There is a shopping center across the street that has a mini Target, Wendy's, Starbucks, 5 Below, Five Guys and a fancy Italian restaurant (Simply Capri). There is a new gas station that looks nearly completed (as of 8/12/24) and may open in the next month. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Each day when we left they wished us well and when we returned they welcomed us home. Definitely recommend for future trips.

We stayed for the weekend while running a half marathon at Disney and had a great experience! The facilities were clean, calm, and lovely. The decor was nice and the staff were very welcoming. The suite was very functional and well designed. The price was great for what we got. The pool was lovely. The size was nice and it was heated! They were very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. The location is ideal. Near Disney, but not in the tacky touristy area. Lots of shops and restaurants in a new area. I highly recommend this location!

This newly built hotel was amazing and beautiful. It's very close to the Disney parks, like a 10-20 minute drive. The area around the hotel is also newly established, with nice restaurants and convenient stores (Target, CVS, Walgreens). We stayed in a very spacious room that had a mini kitchen, living room area, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom. If I ever plan to travel to Orlando again, I'm definitely staying at this hotel.

The pool looking down from the top floor.., awesome views

Friendly: the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Always available if you need to call the lift or have a question. Rooms are all furnished with an individual style. Breakfast was great! Just let them know when you think you will head to the dining room and then you order off the menu. Everything we had was great and prepared just for us. My husband was particularly fond of the grits, ordering a double portion once he had tried them! Ip really enjoyed the Cinnamon Toast with Blueberry preserves. Location:Um, did I mention it is right in the midst of Winter Garden? Great spot for walking about and exploring. I also enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee before breakfast and sitting out front near the Winter Garden fountain, so peaceful. They also have a designated parking lot next to the Inn for cars with tags (which you get a checkin). Highly recommend this spot. If you are put off by having separate hot and cold faucets, maybe pass this up, but if you want an experience and a great stay, definitely check it out and check in!

We appreciated no parking fee for the night. Breakfast in lobby area Sunday was delicious. Husband had hot scrambled eggs, bacon, & hash browns. He got his favorite juice - orange - but mine was not available - cranberry. I had 2 bowls of Raisin Bran with 2% nonfat milk and a banana. Check out was easy. Still, it was a bed and was the basic accommodation I needed. It's an average accommodation. Not terrible, not great. With the price I got, I don't think I got great value per dollar. The location is excellent, it's just down the street from the iconic Walt Disney World welcome sign, making it incredibly convenient for Disney vacations. It's also only about 30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Target in the same plaza , making it easy to grab anything you need during your stay. One of my favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast. They served delicious Mickey waffles every morning, along with a great variety of hot and cold options. Depending on the day, they offered bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate. It was a fantastic way to start each day before heading to the parks. The hotel also offers amazing amenities. The pool was clean and relaxing, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a batting cage, soccer field, and basketball court available for guests. It made the hotel feel like a fun destination even when we weren't at the parks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable. After comparing several hotels in the area, this was one of the best values I found, especially considering its excellent ratings, convenient location, and everything it offers. Overall, I highly recommend the Fairfield by Marriott at Flamingo Crossings. Whether you're visiting Walt Disney World, Universal, or just enjoying Orlando, this hotel provides outstanding value, great amenities, a delicious breakfast, and exceptional customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel offers a free breakfast with many choices that include waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and assorted juices. The dining area is kept clean. There is parking for $20 a day but we took a taxi from Orlando airport to the hotel so we did not park. Taxi is about $100 each way. First, the good: proximity to Disney, and wish I his name, but the front checkin guy. This was March 18 in the late evening. He knew something wasn't right and was very nice. That where this ends, as the manager while decent, made excuses the whole time until called on all through proof and screen shots. The bad: 1 - We arrived at the resort after receiving confirmation that we were checked in (as shown in my screenshots), only to be told we didn't have a room. They claimed my card had been declined -- despite the confirmed check-in, which they themselves admitted didn't make sense. I immediately checked with Bank of America, and there was absolutely no record of any attempted charge. They also said they hadn't called us because there was no phone number on file -- which was false, as my confirmed check-in and app both had my contact info. Instead, they sent an email... while I was at Disney, not checking emails, since I had confirmed online check-in and had even called the resort that morning. At that time I was told then that our room wasn't ready yet and to come after the park. When they re-ran the charge, it went through instantly -- which didn't surprise me at all, since I've never had payment issues- and if declined because of concern of fraud, my bank contacts me right away via text. 2- They checked their other hotels, then called some in the area, said there were none available. They messed up and were about to tell us they were out of luck. They somehow found a room and put us in it. After all that happened, this was another hour and it was late. 3- Arrived to room, knew how this somehow became available- it was dirty. I am sure others declined and we were out of luck with no options. We found a bug, we found blood stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was not clean- just overall dirty. We laid towels down over all, then checked out. We didn't take advantage of any amenities, including breakfast, as we just wanted out and to enjoy our remaining time at another resort. 4-When leaving, we had a tag on our call for not paying for parking, which we never were asked about- through the chaos they forgot I guess. We told them this, then I also had a charge for this the next day. Love Marriot, but this is not that quality at all- rooms, service, all.

This hotel is ok, a bit below what we had experienced at other Springhill Suites. First, to be clear, this is a budget-friendly and family-friendly hotel. Probably its best features are its proximity to Disney World and the free shuttle they have to Disney. Thus, it is not a luxury hotel so expectations have to be tamped down a bit. Best features: -staff was very friendly and helpful -free breakfast, which is not gourmet but it is decent -free parking if you have car -free shuttle to Disney -prices that are MUCH cheaper than if you stayed at a Disney hotel or one on the property -nice pool with hot tub -room appeared clean and did not smell Not-so-good features; -our room was tiny for 3 people. The workspace was small. It is much smaller than the room with 2 queen bess that we had in Bellingham WA for example. -the fan does not turn off. It goes 24/7 which actually is good because it drowns out the highway noise. -the thermostat does not respond. You put at 85, you put it at 75, you put it at 65, and you get same cold air that blows constantly and you can't turn off. I got up in the middle of the night to get a blanket. -beds are firm, I like softer -pillows are of the cheap variety -taxi drive from Orlando airport is $100 with tip -my Titanium status got me nothing at this property, no room upgrade or any of the things I am supposed to get except late checkout, and that was a disappointment. Overall, it is probably is worth staying here if you are going to Disney, but otherwise I would choose something a bit nicer.

This is our 5th stay and I'm confident we will be back again. What sets this location apart is its proximity to Disney World, nearby amenities like Target, Dunkin and other restaurants and shops (including UPS to send all your souvenirs home)! We also love the pool vibes with a great onsite bar that serves what the kids like, chicken tenders and pizza! The slide is a hit and there are several umbrella tables and chairs to layout. This particular visit we had great service from Mae, Alex, Santi, and Lisbeth who all contributed to making this stay memorable. Pro tips: 1- this property is adjacent to other properties and gets busy. Parking gets full so you might need to park in the 5 level parking structure but it's an easy walk to the hotel. 2- breakfast is slammed so don't wait till the last minute to get food especially during peak season. Sometimes there is someone who makes the waffles (this is awesome because it speeds up the line) sometimes it's self serving which is slower.

The soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner all seemed like a higher quality with muted, natural scents. The grounds a very pretty, they shared amenities with the JW next door which created a fun day going from their lazy river then back to the Ritz pool for some R&R. The Ritz pool area has complimentary water, fruit, sunscreen, towels floating mats. The pool server was attentive as well. The lobby bar is large with friendly wait staff. I had been to the Ritz several times either to visit the spa and spa restaurant or to enjoy the pool using resort pass so I was familiar with the Ritz. I was expecting a small, quiet event but to my surprise many other people had the same idea that I had and decided to come to the Spa After Dark Fourth of July Event too! There were quite a few people attending the event but it didn't feel over crowded. There was great music playing setting the vibe. Plenty of seating but the seats did fill up as more and more people arrived. There was a bar servicing cocktails and mocktails. The evening included mini chair massages and pressotherapy but unfortunately I didn't get to partake in these services because they were being adjacent to the pool area and I really didn't want to leave the pool area and because there was a long wait. I really wish I could have been able to enjoy these services. There was food or light bites but since it was the Fourth of July I was expecting a little more. I would have loved to have maybe some mini burger sliders, bbq meatballs, or bbq chicken wings. These items would have been great for the Fourth of July. Instead we had about 4 to 5 types of hors d'oeuvres that were all you can eat. The hors d'oeuvres included cheese, hummus/pitas/vegetables, red and blue chips with salsa, fruit cup with yogurt, and 1 mocktail. The food was ok, with the best item being the hummus. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept the food coming. It started to drizzle (just temporarily) so one of the staff members came over and opened the umbrella to shield me from the rain. So thoughtful! The best part of the night was the fireworks! The fireworks were absolutely phenomenal!! The fireworks were so close! The finale was so memorable and the best fireworks that I have seen!
