*Pictures are from when we were leaving* I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a cute building, and the staff was very nice and helpful. They were very understanding as well. I got in after 11 because of traffic, and they still had someone in to make sure I was able to get into my room. The beds were comfortable enough. They did squeak a little so the kids tossing and turning was a bit annoying. The room itself had a full size fridge, and a cooktop! I thought that was awesome. The only con was the squeaky bed and the fact that our room had no mirror which I thought was strange. Thankfully we aren't bothered much by that, but others may be. Very good value and location! read more

If you're looking for a place to lay your head for cheap by all means pick this place. By far not the best, but for an overnight stay or two go for it. However I was surprised I didn't see any bugs. Critters or bed bugs (like in some of the previous post). Maybe they've taken care of that problem. I suggest you buy shower shoes. If you're staying in Room 110 you'll be standing in a puddle of your own water. The drain doesn't drain well. Oh yea, I doubt they clean well also. First night using the shower, there was a plug of hair just circling the drain. Very disgusting. My boyfriend and I both wear glasses and we were able to see it without our glasses. So yea...cleaning is not their forte. Maybe that's how they live. Who knows. They may drive a nice car, but they're not the cleanest of people. Or maybe it's just the husband. Take care y'all. Be safe out there. read more

I was a little apprehensive about booking a place so reasonably priced, but I'm very glad I did. It is under new management and they fixed it up. The rooms are clean and have minifridges. The staff are very nice. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive to the theme parks depending on traffic. Plenty of dining and shopping nearby. If you're going to Orlando to stay in the hotel room then maybe go with one of the pricier hotels but if you are going to theme parks and then needing a hotel with a bed, save some money and book this place. In terms of budget motels it is 5, but not a true 5 hotel in terms of industry rating. read more

This spot does not serve breakfast. But after a having a room reservation canceled with another Hotel without notice, this place godsend!!! I am so happy this room looked exactly pictures online, and it was very affordable. I needed a one bed/one bath for my mom to stay for a weekend getaway in Florida. Needless to say, the young man was very knowledgeable and courteous with understanding my needs: he was helpful. Even though this place was affordable, there is a $100 refundable deposit to book the room; according to the young Man at the counter, the deposit is refundable around 3-4 business days after your stay. Be a I am writing this review pre-stay, I will let you know if I get my deposit after this stay. The location does have tons of restaurants and grocery shopping ( I.e S.A.Ms Club). read more

If I could give no stars I would! I took a video but it doesn't give me the option to post. No running hot water all day. When we got the room for an extra night nothing was said at that time. That was about 10:30am. After getting some paperwork done, about 12/12:30ish I went to take a shower and there was no running hot water. That's when I realized and called. I was told it would be on by 8. At 8:15pm... Still no hot water and now not even enough water pressure to take a shower. I called and was told by 10. At 10:16pm.... Still nothing. I called and am told to take a cold shower then was hung up on. I go to the office and the guy in the office says he tried to call the night before but we didn't answer. Lies. I wouldn't have gotten another night knowing there wouldn't have been hot water or even enough water pressure to take a shower. Hello! He didn't say anything till I called about 12:30pm. After I already paid for the extra night. That's when he said he tried to call... bull. But whatever. He said it would be on by 8pm. I was ok with it because I get it... things happen. But all day?!?!!? 10 something and still nothing. Tell me if I'm wrong...I went out without taking a shower thinking I'd come back and get one. Just to come back and still be patient, instead of complaining I changed and chilled. I didn't expect a free night... but I mean... I felt like at least do something to compensate for the inconvenience. While I was in the office a guest arrived he told me to leave the office. I said ok... But make sure the next guest knows about the water and you should at least give them a discount considering there was no hot water or enough water pressure to take a shower... that's when he told me to shut the f*%¥ up and called the police. There were cameras in the office. I kept my composure. I was surprised that he lied... knowing that he didn't say anything to me about the water... I do have video. Consumer beware!!!! Anyone who takes your money... or you do business with and can lie about a situation in your face... even lie to the police.. knowing the truth... instead of making the situation right continue to lie... I wouldn't do business here again. Ever. Bad business. I 100% understand things happen... but to lie. And continue instead of just saying 'sorry... we messed up' no thank you. I was waiting to rate this place till we left. Perfect example as to why it's good to wait till business is completely done. The customer service sucks! Like for real. read more

Montecarlo - No hot water. Shower has no water running either. - Hotels Near Me - Kissimmee, Florida

We stayed for 6 days. Adequate motel, though don't expect much. We had to go to the office twice for new key cards because ours didn't work after our days out at the parks. No cleaning service, which was fine, but we had to go to the office to get towels and coffee halfway through our stay. The bathroom is small. The soap dispensers in the shower didn't work. Had to wash with shampoo I brought. The shower didn't look like it had been cleaned in some time. Long black hairs on shower wall and bathroom door. Pool was out of service and dirty. Office not open at 8:00 am. Traffic is loud outside, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. read more

First room was nicer than the second. Had a sofa and even a little fake plant . cute. Smelled like air conditioner was sour but turned air down low and that took care of it. Second room smells of cigarette smoke and a little sour . low AC helping sour but not smoke smell. Otherwise clean room and facilities. Clean though small pool and the parking and exterior is very clean and fresh looking. No free breakfast and I dont think it has gym or laundry. I dont know . very quiet and right on 192 with plenty of food and shopping. Worth the $50 plus tax , not the $60 . But I didnt feel like changing hotels. Clean and basic read more

The hotel is NOT close to Disney...it's 12 miles out of the way which in traffic is at least a 30 min drive from the parks. The hotel offers no shuttle service to the park which other motels at this price point do such as Golden Link Motel. There is NO security on site other than a few very small young women and the owner is not really very people friendly. Secondly, the type of ppl that this motel allows here can be dangerous to your safety--I am a Florida native and I am pretty familiar with Orlando so the area the motel is located in is NOT scary but the crowd is: for some magical reason my car kept unlocking itself and the trunk kept popping all on it's own. I left the property for 30 to 40 min and low and behold no magical unlocking or trunk popping at all and I do not have this issue at home or pretty much ever. I pulled up to the hotel and all of a sudden it starts happening again. There were several women who had pretty much setup shop 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs and they were watching us and on their phones back and forth all afternoon. I did let management know so please be advised that if you get robbed here or worse then it will not be the first time they'll have heard of it. They have signs everywhere that say they aren't going to be responsible if you or your stuff goes missing. I asked for a cash refund because I paid through booking.com and couldn't come up with the extra funds to just take a lost here and pay somewhere else too. The manager said no and then tried to have booking.com call and tell me what they already told me which was an oh well we can refund you tomorrow. I made a big fuss and pointed out the pol that were messing with my car and seems like they've gotten a bit nervous and stopped but the damage is done. I kind of felt unappreciated as a guest at this hotel and also felt like all the inconvenience was on me. Long story short, the ONLY reason I considered this place is because it was supposedly "sparkling clean" and "had friendly customer service" and was supposedly close to Disney. It's really not. The night isnt even over. I'm still here regretting putting me and my loved ones in this spot. I will never be back and I strongly recommend that you keep your safety at the forefront of your mind here...ANYONE outside just starring you down or sitting outside watching you typically DOESN'T happen at oh Idk westgate...I should have paid the extra 19.00 bux but ya know the place had good reviews so I thought I'd try em out but no, never again and I have truly learned today that the extra 19.00 bux more I usually pay includes things like security and secured property. Please be safe and I am really just writing so that the public is aware bc someone could unnecessarily get hurt. read more

Nice place to stay on a budget. Website and other reviews said $50 or $60 and we were charged $70 a night. When checking in, they overcharged us, which we had to get back. There were ants by a/c unit and they just happened to be cleaning all the a/c units which led to water dripping right in front of our door. Sheets were clean and towels as well. Floors weren't all that clean, but like I said, for the price, it was a pretty good stay. They have cameras on parking lot. It is a non smoking facility which was nice. If room keeping would focus a little more on floors, then it would have got 3 or 4 stars. Close to many restaurants and gift shops and close to Disney as well. Walgreens and CVS close. Dollar stores near by. Outlet mall, Old Town which has ferris wheel and sling shot rides and others right almost right across the street. Location is a plus. read more

Came here for our honeymoon to Walt Disney world which was only 10-15 min away from the park so it was very convenient. According to my husband the customer service was good when he checked us in. I liked that we could reserve online and not pay until the day of. It was also very affordable for a 3 night stay. The room and bathroom themselves were clean upon arrival. Housekeeping came by everyday as well. The only things I did not like was that The windows were very thin. We could hear every car that drove by. We had our windows closed the whole time as well. We could also hear everything ppl was saying as they walk past our door. Even though our room was cleaned everyday, it seem as though the floors were not swept. There was constantly debris on our foot and bed from our foot. Overall I can look past these cons and would stay here again should I ever come back to visit Orlando. read more

Okay, keep in mind it is only $17. You know what kind of hotel you get for $17, well, this kind. If you compare it to other hotels costing $17, this place is pretty nice. That is why I gave it 3 stars: DON'T COMPARE IT TO A $60 HOTEL. My rating is based on the sketchy "sub $20" hotel room catagory. For $17, nobody in their right mind would expect anything more than this. Actually, the room was fairly clean and it included regular room fixin's such as a tv with cable, towels, ac, and soap. The other discount hotels averaged around $35-$40 per night and this place is half. I can't believe a place can stay in business but if you on a budget, this place is okay. Keep in mind we went during the slow season. I don't know if their rates go up during busier seasons...I would assume they do. I wouldn't pay much more than $20 something... read more

Stayed here Monday-Friday night for our annual Church conference. Was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. A CLEAN and affordable room with a few amenities (coffee maker, microwave and 2 refrigerators) in room. Any needs or questions we had were attended to by the friendliest front desk clerk, Lucas. He was very courteous and extremely hospitable. This will be the first of more visits! Just a suggestion: bring a night light, the vanity is separate from the bathroom facilities and when using them at night the light over the vanity is blinding to anyone who is sleeping and the bathroom light has a loud fan. read more

Things have definitely changed post-COVID with the establishment. The entire time during my stay I felt nauseated with the smell of bug pesticide (not standard cleaning disinfectants) . Place now charges a frivolous $10 fee if you accidentally leave with your card key which in the 10 times I've stated before never did that. I will also note that masks were not required for guests on site as I've seen with other hotels. Every guest I saw around the building wasn't wearing a mask. In order hotels I've stayed at post COVID they have been responsible to have a mask policy and numerous safety signs with information about COVID-19 and how to stay safe. This definitely was one of my favorite places to stay near Disney but now with the changes they've made in management and also their lack of COVID-19 concerns I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. As one last thing. Whenever you go to the front desk, make sure to have their number saved. The check in person usually isn't there and is cooped up in one of the random rooms. You'll need to call in for assistance. As someone that stays in the area at least once a month I would refer you to better options such as Palazzo Lakeside Hotel that I stayed at the month before or the Destiney Palms Hotel which is one of my favorite places to stay. read more

Super super clean, we're Disney's passholders for about 13 years. I'll strongly recommend this hotel if you have a low budget. Bed and pillows are so comfy. Good costumer service. read more

Very disappointed with how this property conducts their customer service and with how they treat their guests with disabilities. I have a service animal which whom I provided all paperwork for at time of checking in, however, I received a very upsetting phone call from the hotel staff during my stay. Staff called and threatened to have my service animal picked up by animal control officers if I didn't show up immediately. Afraid I'd have my service animal taken by animal control, I was unable to go to Disney World which was the purpose of my visit and therefore lost all the money we spent for park tickets and basically the entire trip cost altogether. But that's not all, once we arrived back home, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card from the hotel and after calling them to ask what the charges were for, I learned that they charged me for "dirty" towels and wash cloths because according to them the wash cloths and towel were too dirty and therefore considered "damaged" In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, specially if you plan on using your towels and wash cloths. Still waiting on them to send me these "damaged" towels since they charged me for what seems like a new set for each room. read more

Wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton but this definitely ain't the 8.1 rating they claim. The wi-fi is absolutely horrible. The towels are dingy, small and past their usage life. The floor was filthy and stained with no effort made to mop up previous guest spills. The pillows are flat azz pancakes...literally...bring your own. There was hair all over the shower and the drain near the toilet gave off the most disgusting pungent smell of sewage. I actually walked to Wendy's next door to use their washroom instead. They claimed they had no first floor rooms to accommodate an injured guest but I watched them hand them out all day. Guess it's a preference which site you book from, lol. They will charge you $10 if you don't return the room key, lol, never heard of that before. Overall, I would NOT return. Was also fun to watch housekeeping from the parking lot go banging on each door at exactly 11am. The thirst is real. Avoid. read more

Let me start by saying if I could give a negative star rating it would be a negative 5 stars. I normally don't give reviews of places unless I feel they truly need it. But this place is so bad I had to give a view so someone doesn't make the mistake I have. This place is the worst room I've ever seen. In a busy area like Kissimmee with lots of tourist visiting you would think they would have a clean room and try to get people to stay. But nope The room is very dirty. There's dirt on the wall, dirt on the floor, dirt on the doors, dirt on the bed, hair on the bed, there's mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, things spilt on the chairs, something split on the front on the night stands, food pieces in the ridge, spider webs on the ceiling, Open electrical boxes ( major electrical hazard), the shower is dirty, bathroom ceiling is cracking (looking like it's going to fall), and every inch of this place is dirty. The bed only has a sheet on it no blanket or comforter in the room (which more than likely would of been dirty just like the rest of the room). The room smells musky so someone sprayed a bunch of cheap cologne in the room to help mask the odors but only made it worse. The best advice I can give someone about this place is to DRIVE right by and never look back. If you like staying in a very dirty room then this place is just the right place for you. read more

Stayed here for a last minute thanksgiving get away .. the room appeared to be newly renovated. The walls had fresh paint and it was clean. Hardwood floors gave the room a fresh feel. It was quiet and great for the price .. two nights for a total of 150$. The surrounding hotels are a bit shabby and there were some shady characters in the parking lot but other than that it's a good bargain. read more

Very clean and convenient location. Room were quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend

My husband and I recently stayed at this motel. We arrived on Monday July 2 and scheduled to check out on the 5th. We received a call on the 3rd due to an illness in the family and had needed to leave that night. I asked the clerk if we could get credit for Wednesday and was told no. So we checked out the next morning early instead of staying all night. The staff was unfriendly. I understand it was a Holiday week and more so about the money for them. I also noticed the sign out front advertising for house keepers. Overall I believe this place lacked common courtesy and I will never go back there again or recommend this place. read more

I was overall pleased with the motel and the quality for the price. It is 15 minutes away from the Disney theme parks. The hotel is completely renovated inside. The rooms have a theme of a ship. From the dresser, to the mirror, to the headboard, to the table and chairs, and even the microwave all have the theme of a ship. You feel like you are on a cruise. The TV is mounted on the wall. Since everything is new and housekeeping is precise, the rooms are ultra clean. This is the absolute best you will ever get for $50 a night. I paid $70 a night as it was Thanksgiving break. Of course, it is not a 5 star hotel like the W Hotel or a Disney Resort, but it just may be as clean. I did ask for a refund for the 3rd night- not due to anything of the hotel, but because my daughter and I got very sick with colds. I was told no that I had a nonrefundable rate. The only other negative would be that the area is sketchy and the other nearby motels are run down. There are several pawn shops and run down motels on the same street. However, the waffle house in the next parking lot over is very yummy and affordable. read more

one of the best hotels i've stayed at for a vacation by far. 10/10 for cleanliness and customer service.

This motel was one of the best stays! I stayed right after the hurricane Irma hit and there wasn't any damage at all! Room was recently remodeled and extremely clean! We rented two rooms both had great walk in showers with very comfortable beds and pillows! Ac units worked perfectly. Unlike most motels this was very safe and comfortable to stay at! Was greeted very friendly, check in was a breeze! I was often greeted by the maids and they were always extremely friendly and did an amazing job! I was even offered to have pool opened early any morning I requested starting at 7am. Great place for families couples or anyone on business. Close to all Orlando parks and such fair prices!! Restaurants you can walk to had great service as well. First time staying here and now I wouldn't stay any where else when I'm in town! I thank the guy in the office for answering all of my questions and being so friendly! read more
