This burger was soooo delicious ! I would come back many times just for this. The New Yorker was perfect! Those caramelized onions were such a sweet perfect touch. Came here for a birthday and hung out at the pool with friends and had a great time. We saw a dog show and service was great!

Pool area was nice and quiet.

It's just ok. The outside is nice and the pool area is amazing. The rooms...not so much. For sure the meet basic needs. But if you're looking for frills or luxury, this isn't the place to be. It's outdated but clean. Staff is friendly.

I absolutely love Melia as you all know. If there monthly rates weren't so high I'd want to live here instead of where I live now in celebration lol! I came here for their salsa night that started with a free salsa class and I had such an amazing time! It was my first time in their upstairs party room and I was impressed! Staff is always so friendly. Another success at Melia!!

We stayed at Meliá Celebration from 04/11/25 to 04/18/25, choosing this hotel because it's close to Disney World and the Celebration area is lovely. The photos on their website look very nice, but the reality is different. The hotel has one good feature: the parking is free. The food at the restaurant is disgusting. On the first day, we had lunch and ordered a pizza and a salad bowl. The pizza was so salty we couldn't finish it, and the salad was inedibly spicy. I had to return it. I gave one star because they gave us a room at 6:00 AM upon arrival without extra charge, but the experience wasn't good. The room's furniture was old, the safe didn't work, and the dresser was completely broken. I pinched my hand while opening one drawer, and the phone didn't work. I had to go back to the front desk to ask them to fix the problems. I spoke with Mrs. Mery. She wasn't happy with my complaints and said she couldn't change my room but would send someone to fix the issues, asking me to wait the whole afternoon, which was unbelievable. After an hour, they sent someone to supposedly fix the safe, but unfortunately, it still didn't work. The person said the dresser was so old it couldn't be fixed and needed replacing, which they didn't do. Eventually, I went back to the front desk. After waiting 30 minutes, a nice lady showed up, explained the inconveniences, and immediately changed my room. Although everything worked in the new room, the dresser was still very old and unusable. The cleaning was inadequate--they just made the beds without changing the sheets or vacuuming. I could see dirt in the fan, like half an inch thick. Not recommendable. The hotel is in a good location but poorly maintained. For $2,150, it's not worth it.

I bought a day pass on Resort Pass for $25 to use the pool and ofc I wanted food too. The check in was a bit difficult, the front desk male had a shady attitude and wasn't clear when addressing certain things. I understand working front desk can be extremely hard (I know, It's my job too) however if he had just taken a chance to breath and read the info that was handed to him our check in would've taken less than 5 mins as opposed to 10 mins. Once we got in, it was happiness all around. I ordered a burger and fries. A pitcher of water and got myself ready to being either tanned or roasted! My friend enjoyed her time too. As soon as I got in the pool, I too, was exercising with the aquatic trainer. Then an hour later there was a DJ & he was turning up! I loved his jams and then this lady comes up to us and says "Hey darlings... there's free mimosas! You better get you some!! They're good, I had 6" & she was definitely a hoot! Loved her energy and everyone around us. We stayed for 4 hrs and went home. I definitely will be back.

We went there for the pizza. It was freshly handmade. The atmosphere was good and relaxing . . The oysters were clean and fresh. I would recommend it for a date.

This is a good looking hotel with comfortable beds, decent service, free parking, close to Disney and the I4. We stayed for two nights over a weekend in the summer. The place felt reasonably crowded, but the staff worked to keep things moving. We had a one bedroom suite. It came with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was a good size and more than enough for the four of my family (two adults, two young kids). The bathroom was big, although the tub was rather shallow, and the water pressure in the separate shower was the worst I've experienced in the US (the water pressure in the tub and the sinks was actually good, so I don't know why the shower had such poor pressure). The kitchenette was complete, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave when traveling with kids. Randomly, there were only three bath towels provided, despite the reservation being for four people. Also, they only put two pillows per bed, and the closet does not have enough pillows/sheets to make up the sofa bed (just one pillow, a single sheet, and a ratty blanket). It took about an hour for housekeeping to send over an extra sheet and pillow. Everything felt pretty clean. There was no housekeeping during our short stay, but that was fine. There was a snafu when I checked in. They gave me the kids to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully the occupants didn't hear me open the door and gasp before quickly exiting (we're in Florida, you never know who'll be on the other side), and the matter was quickly resolved, but after a long day, I really didn't want to have to deal with this mistake while pushing a stroller and lugging heavy bags. There is a restaurant on site. It is decent. There is also a full bar (we got a couple free beers upon check in), and free snacks in the lobby periodically. Room service is available, which uses the same menu as the restaurant. The pool is a decent size, and the kids absolutely loved it. Parking is ample and free.

If you want the cherry on top type of hotel when it comes to your vacation this is it!! This hotel checked all the boxes from getting there it is super easy to find in what it has to be the most beautiful town of Celebration. The lobby is brand new with great easy to deal with staff. Right past it is the Wilson the food in this place is some of the best I had. Then there is the pool, OMG!! The atmosphere screams relax. In the center of the hotel there is this circular pool with water basketball for the kids some water volleyball and a little output in what it looks like an island. The staff have events always going with either life bands or DJ at nights. Order drinks and food right to you makes it great aster along park day. Speaking of park this are right next to Disney. The rooms were very clean with lots of space. The beds are super comfortable and pillows I wish I took one . Everything is this place left us super happy. Staff, location, cleanliness, and just the feeling you get here it is what a vacation is all about!!

The Hotel is Lovely and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing we were not happy about is that, construction going on around the pool and restaurant areas and we were not informed when we booked it? The restaurant still serving by the pool side. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Mr. Luis made our Anniversary Night special and for that we are Grateful.

Curtain in room had a room in it.

Since it's a smaller hotel, the breakfast area never felt crowded, and there wasn't nearly as much noise as you usually find in other hotels from the same chain -- which is definitely something worth highlighting. The breakfast selection is a bit more limited, given the size of the property and the number of guests, but everything was fresh and well-prepared, with good quality overall. The location is excellent -- very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for convenience. If I had to mention a couple of drawbacks, the space between the door and the frame in our room (#337) allowed in more light than the actual window -- the hallway light illuminated the room all night long, as if the TV had been left on. Also, the shower could use a bit more water pressure. Despite those small issues, I would definitely consider staying here again for the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

Now we found this on hotels.com and had a 9+ rating and decent reviews. So we went with it for one night only. Got to the first floor room and inspected the room like we usually do for bugs and any security issues. All was "well" and we went to bed. Around three in the morning, my wife wakes me up that something bit her. She caught the bedbug and squashed it on a napkin full of her blood. As I got up, we saw one, alive, crawling in the direction where I was sleeping. We freak out. Go to the front desk several times to talk to Kevin and they can't do "anything" until maintenance came in the morning at 8am. We decided to leave and in the parking lot we went through all of our clothes, put them in garbage bags, threw away our luggage, and went to wash our clothes and dry them several times in high heat in order to kill anything that may be alive. Up now 48 hours doing laundry at 4am and my wife suffering from bites on her arm. Hotel.com tried to advocate to get a full refund and we were decline by the property manager to give us our money back after such a horrible night and lost of property. If we ever have to evacuate Tampa for another hurricane I would book this hotel again immediately!!!! All of staff at the JW Bonnet Creek were so welcoming and sympathetic of the reason for our visit. The hotel was very apologetic that most of the restaurants would be closed during the storm, but assured us that the hotel would make every effort to make our stay pleasant despite the circumstances. We dined outside during the our first day because we knew we would eventually be confined indoors during the storm. Despite many of the hotel's restaurants closing as the storm approached, the hotel offered an amazing buffet experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a coffee spot with pastries, sandwiches, and ice cream and the lobby lounge with amazing cocktails and appetizers. Our family knew how lucky we were to have such a wonderful selection of food throughout our stay since so many of our friends and neighbors were stuck eating hurricane supplies and peanut butter sandwiches. This hotel has one of the best children lounges I have ever seen at a hotel. There is a rooftop miniature golf course outside the kids club that partially makes up for the lack of pool slides. Our family was able to enjoy a round of golf before the rainy weather closed down this area. Once the mini golf and pool areas closed, the hotel opened up the banquet hall so that hotel guests could enjoy ping pong, foosball, board games and a variety of lawn games. Disney movies were shown throughout the day on the projector screen. We were so grateful to have so many activities to keep our boys busy since we couldn't leave the hotel. In addition to the amazing food and children activities the hotel has over 20 hidden fairy doors scattered throughout the hotel, creating a fun scavenger hunt for our family. Our boys still talk about the fairy door scavenger hunt!!! My only criticism of the JW Bonnet Creek hotel is that I wish the pool area had a slide or a lazy river since there are so many great hotel pools in Orlando. This hotel is conveniently located to Disney World and offers so many amazing dining options so this would be the perfect vacation spot if they added pool slides or other pool activities.

About an hour later I walked through there and there were about 100 people in line waiting to check-in. The lady who checked me in was perfect! Friendly, professional, recognized my status, and gave me good info about the property, while promptly checking me in. Once I got to my room I was immediately satisfied with the décor and cleanliness. It's common that the Marriott properties I stay in have moldy caulking in the shower area, nasty, stained carpeting, and furniture that's stained, broken, dirty, and unappealing - But not here! We were GUARANTEED a 12 PM check-in through Marriott chat support. We arrived expecting our room to be ready, only to be told it wouldn't be available until 4 PM. We literally sat around the resort for FOUR HOURS waiting with our exhausted 2-year-old toddler, who desperately needed a nap. It completely ruined the start of our trip and turned the afternoon into a nightmare. Then after finally getting our room at 4 PM, the room keys didn't even work. Had to drag everything back downstairs and wait again just to get functioning keys. To make matters even worse, we booked one of their deluxe suites, one of the most expensive room categories in the hotel, only to discover it is directly wrapped around the elevator shaft. Every few seconds it sounds like a bomb or freight train going off as the elevators constantly move up and down. It is unbelievably loud. I honestly cannot believe these are considered "premium" rooms. This should be the CHEAPEST room category in the entire property. When we complained, staff casually told us that ALL of the suites are apparently positioned around elevators "because that's how they get the extra room." Completely insane design. Who wants to spend thousands of dollars to listen to elevator machinery nonstop? Their solution? Downgrade us from an expensive suite into a much smaller room "complimentary." So basically pay premium pricing just to end up in a standard room because the suite is unlivable. On top of everything, the entire resort was packed like an absolute madhouse. Long waits everywhere, chaotic atmosphere, zero relaxation. This place feels more like a crowded convention terminal than a luxury resort. Between the failed check-in guarantee, terrible customer service, noisy rooms, key issues, and overall chaos, this has already been one of the worst hotel experiences we've had in years, and we literally just checked in today. I would never stay at another Gaylord property again.

Shortly after arrival, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the bed comforter. We initially assumed housekeeping would replace the bedding during routine room service, so we did not immediately escalate it. However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. We then attempted to resolve the matter through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

This hotel seems to be recently bought out by Marriott due to all of the amenities and upgrades in…read morethe lobby in comparison to the actual rooms. I stayed in the tower and I would highly recommend that they ALSO upgrade the guest rooms. You can tell by the bathtub and the sink that it's very old and some of the wall and crown molding is just kind of painted over -- the bathroom for the queen beds was super small to the point where I couldn't get out of bathtub or comfortably use the bathroom without closing the door. What I really wished was better is the linen and towels. Nothing about it screamed premium or new and I found someone else's hair on one of the towels while my sheets had what looked like coffee stains on the corner. My experience overall was really good. I have no complaints regarding service. I appreciate that they provide free water. The team was very welcoming and friendly, even check in was seamless. Again because it is a truly old facility they had some serious plumbing issues that they were resolving while I was staying here. I do appreciate that they stuck to the timeframe that they slated to fix the issue and that they communicated well. It was a quiet hotel. I couldn't hear any of the other people and they have multiple lounging areas with a gym and a cafe, i'm not sure if the Delta pantry was included or extra, but it seems to have the essential breakfast items! Lastly, I would say the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Parking is available for a fee per night. I am unsure if they had security on site.
