It was an early birthday treat and probably one of the best things I could have asked for as a very tired mom. Checking in the process was super easy. The front desk person was professional and let me know about their nightly kickback and their morning breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Spacious and not super loud. There was some noise from the highway that is right by the hotel but it's not bad at all. The bed was soft and there was extra seating and also a desk and a fridge and microwave. No complaints at all. The nightly kickback was awesome. Decent food and lots of it. It was buffet style so you could grab what you wanted and then come back for more. It was kept well stocked and if you are over 21 they give you three drink vouchers. Also if you don't drink there is fountain soda that is free and also available 24hrs a day. Also popcorn is available in the evening. Great for movie nights in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Again it was all well stocked and refilled constantly. My stay was super nice. I wanted to be able to relax and really not do anything and this was the perfect place for it. I could go out enjoy my day and then just have the ability to relax and unwind in the evening. I would recommend the Drury to anyone and everyone. It's great for families. They also have a pool and hot tub, which I didn't use, but my kids would have loved. It's also great for solo travelers or staycationers (who just need a good night sleep).

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very welcoming, giving me the best sleep I could ever imagine. My room was ready early, so I was able to check in and still spend some quality time at The Island. The balcony was clean and provided a great view of the city too. Plenty of toiletries available in room (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided) and a market at the lobby to buy a quick snack or drink. The bar at this hotel is nice and cozy with a television for your sports viewing pleasure. Definitely will want to stay here again when I am back in 2027.

There were 2 tubs full of it. It was cold and hard. Same with the sausage; 2 tubs, cold, chewy. I believe that it had most likely been made since about 5am and sat in those tubs. It was probably intended to be the entire mornings helpings. I pity those who were late to breakfast. Other than the breakfast, the hotel was great; just as I've come to expect and the reason I prefer Country Inn. Comfortable beds, good linen, smushy pillows in ample quantity, decent furniture, roomy, decent toilet paper, quiet, accommodating, and courteous staff.

For the stay & details -- - Beautiful rooms, my parents have stayed here several times and mentioned that it's been recently renovated and they loved all the updates from the last time they stayed. - I personally Loved the massive mirror in the entry hallway of the room! Comfortable beds, extra fluffy pillows and we had a beautiful View of sun-sphere from the room! - Easy check in process -- loved the attention to detail with the handwritten room assignments, unique hotel floor names, really elevated the touch. - Valet service & Tesla chargers available after parking -- which was so convenient. You can request your car via text and it arrives promptly and tipping is available via QR code or Venmo! (I also loved that they unplugged my car once they saw it had reached 100% charging. Talk about attention to detail!) - other things I loved about the rooms: Love the automatic light in the closet upon opening; Fabulous bar area in the room with espresso machine and directions (SO appreciated!!); Included bath robes in the closet (always a fab touch!); Massive bathrooms with plenty of counter space; Separate area for toilet with door / enclosed space; Awesome shower with leg rack for shaving & loved the detachable shower head in addition to the adjustable one In addition to the lovely hotel's physical features -- the Staff went above and beyond after flower delivery was delayed -- went and retrieved the flowers, gave a discount and delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne. Their accommodations and that kind of customer service was truly so appreciated! Next time I'm in Knoxville, I hope to stay again soon!

Let's talk about this hotel. La Quinta is usually pretty good hotel wise and for the main purpose…read moreit's fine but you don't just pick a hotel based on the fact that it's a place to sleep. Amenities matter. First the room. Our suite was comfortable. The bed was fine. However there were ants and lady bugs in the room. Actually the room was the best part of the whole stay. Breakfast was functional but they had the same thing every day I was here and a limited service on Christmas Day. I get that you want to give the person who normally does it the day off but there should at least be the full service...not that it's hard to reheat cooked sausage, biscuits and make instant gravy and put out some Cream Cheese for the bagels. Of the other amenities...they have a pool...but it was only operational for the first day of my stay and was down. The gym is comical. They had a stationary bike and a treadmil...both of which were not working. They also have an elliptical and a dip rack and one 15 lb set of dumbbells. I would be more ok with this if it was closer to a Planet Fitness or if it was safe to go on a run outside considering how nice the weather is but this location there's literally nowhere truly safe. I had my ruck with me so I did go on a walk at great risk to my life from the frequent trucks at this exit. Finally the room keys were so damn sensitive to either phones or earbud cases...they'd wipe themselves. They need to upgrade these to an RF id style key which is more compatible with modern life. That said, if you just need a place to stay that has a serviceable breakfast then the place is fine but for as much as my bill for the stay is you can do better.

No daily breakfast but we did not care because the room was so comfortable and we were able to heat our own food. Staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering suggestions for activities, and coupons. There are also amenities on site such as pool, hot tub, and gym. Even if you stay at Mill Springs, you still have access to the sister property amenities next door. We loved staying here and will definitely be back. This hotel is also very accessible. Handicap parking located directly next to elevators and flat surface to easily walk (or roll) into the elevator. Shower did not have a tub, but a shower with a door to easily step into. The rooms are modest-sized but perfect for an overnight stay, very cozy and homey. It's actually a good business plan that there is no breakfast and no overnight employee working the front desk, although you can call a number if you need assistance. But eliminating those frills is exactly what keeps these rooms affordable. I would definitely stay again!
