Our therapists, Rachel and Ron, provided exceptional personalized massages. My wife was a loyal client of Victor's for years and was disappointed when he left, but she's been pleasantly surprised by Ron--she actually prefers his technique! As for me, Rachel delivered the perfect balance of deep tissue and relaxing Swedish massage. We highly recommend!

It was actually my second time here, though it had been a few years since I came last. I'm happy to report I loved it just as much the second time! The service included: - A soak in a copper tub, complete with a private room, rose petals strewn everywhere, candles, a glass of champagne and a cupcake - A full body scrub, personal shower and body melt - A 60-minute massage, customized to you with essentials oils and pressure I loved my experience from start to finish! The spa is also well appointed with plenty of towels, secure lockers in the locker room, and a lounge with various flavored waters, teas, and comfy lounge chairs. The one issue here is parking -- there are only 4 spots in front which are taken quickly and are hard to get in and out of. I ubered so I wouldn't have to deal with that. If you're looking for a spa with excellent treatments and the chance to feel fully pampered, I definitely recommend checking out Larchmont Sanctuary Spa!

The whole session felt almost ritualistic - slow, intentional, lots of focus on breathing and emotional release. Their touch on the scalp was next level; I noticed real scalp improvement after, less tightness, even my headache faded. Deep relaxation, like knock‑out mode but in a good way. The staff were insanely professional and reassuring, explaining each step so I could fully let go. Walked out feeling legit energy restoration. Honestly, worth doing regularly, not just a one‑off treat :)

She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The scalp treatment itself was beyond relaxing--my hair and scalp feel so refreshed, clean, and rejuvenated. I could literally feel the difference immediately. What stood out most was Valerie's attention to detail and how much she genuinely cares about her clients' experience. She explained everything, personalized the treatment, and made it feel like a truly elevated service. If you're thinking about trying a scalp spa--this is your sign. I'll definitely be coming back. The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.

A Hidden Oasis in Long Beach - Pure Paradise for Mind & Body…read more I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, it's a true hidden gem in the heart of Long Beach that feels like you've been transported far, far away. As soon as you walk in, the energy shifts. It's calm. Peaceful. Inviting. The kind of space where you instantly feel your shoulders drop and your mind start to slow down. They've created what feels like a tropical wellness retreat, but without ever leaving the city. The cold plunge alone is worth the visit. It's crisp, clean, and absolutely invigorating, and if you've read up on the benefits (reduced inflammation, better sleep, mood boosts), you'll appreciate just how much good it's doing while you shiver! Pair that with their sauna lineup, a traditional hot sauna, a jacuzzi, and beautifully lit infrared saunas and you've got everything you need to detox, decompress, and reset. They also guide you through breathing techniques that help deepen the whole experience. After just one session, I felt like I had taken a vacation without ever stepping on a plane. Whether you're a wellness junkie or just need a few hours to reconnect with yourself, this place is an absolute must. Long Beach has a true oasis, and I'm so grateful I found it. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the staff was wonderful. Helen did my scrub and did an excellent job (on the harsher side, which I loved). My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.
