I saw Dr. Ko for treatment for Fibromyalgia, which I've had for 40+ years. I have not had any symptoms for 1 1/2 years. Dr. Ko and his nurse, Barbara stayed with me the whole time, physically in treatment room, but emotionally as well. Totally supportive! I mostly highly recommend! read more

I met Dr. Sam Ko in 2017 when he was an ER doctor at Loma Linda, and I was having a mental health crisis. The hospital psychiatrists were going to send me home without treatment, and he fought and worked it out to give me a small dose of ketamine in the ER to help my suicidal ideations. I was in the middle of a chaotic ER, but he did everything he could to make the experience calming--he gave me his phone with a soothing playlist, a blackout mask, and talked me through some breathing exercises. The dose of ketamine really helped me get through that day, and I always remembered Dr. Ko from that day. Fast forward a few years, and I discovered he had opened Reset Ketamine near me. Recently, I went to Dr. Ko for Stellate-Ganglion Blocks (SGBs), and I found the experience to be very comforting. Though this is a procedure requiring medical sanitization and procedure, Dr. Ko makes the clinic as Zen as possible. Everyone involved in the procedure sets an intention, including the patient, and he talks you through every part of it. Dr. Ko is just a kind, caring, honest and knowledgeable physician, and his staff is the same way. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Reset Ketamine if you are looking for science-backed alternatives for your mental health care. read more

For help with long-standing treatment-resistant depression, I approached Ketamine infusions with an open mind, but with a healthy degree of skepticism. Having completed a series of 6 infusions, I am extremely pleased with the outcome -- a marked improvement in my symptoms. Moreover, I can't help but also recognize the notable "consciousness-expanding" effects (not something I was necessarily seeking out). Everyone at Reset Ketamine were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Ko, in particular, operates his office with professionalism and integrity. As Ketamine goes more "mainstream", I believe it is important to find a provider who is has a deep interest and passion for Ketamine therapy, and not merely someone jumping on the bandwagon to cash in on the trend. Reset Ketamine is top-notch and deeply committed to advancing the professional practice of Ketamine therapy. read more

I have done an incredible amount of healing work over the years to assist with ptsd, anxiety and fibromyalgia. I was at the end of the road with healing and did not know what else to do as I was still having trouble just being in my body. The discomfort was too much. My husband found Ketamine through on-line research and when I saw Dr. Ko's photo on his website, I literally started to cry. I knew in that very instant I was meant to experience the Ketamine process through his practice. I cannot express enough about how incredible of a human being Dr. Ko is. What I love about him is that he not only understands the medical part of the human body, but he understands the energetic, the spiritual and mental parts as well. He is knowledgeable in the Mind-Body-Spirit connection which is the integral combination I look for in the practitioners I work with. His demeanor is genuine. He is compassionate, empathetic and non-judgmental. The atmosphere at Reset Ketamine is safe and supportive and Dr. Ko has integrated his own unique gifts. From an opening ritual to set the great power of intention for the session to closing the session with the expression of gratitude. Dr. Ko and his staff genuinely want to create the most comfortable atmosphere possible for your experience. There are wonderful essential oils used throughout the session if that is in alignment with you and the sound healing that takes place through the music streamed through the headset during the session is magnificent. The Ketamine journey itself? If I were to use one word it would be ENLIGHTENMENT! I had the most extraordinary experiences that I will never forget. Ketamine integrated parts of my Self that were buried in my subconscious mind. It brought forth incredible spiritual insights and truths that healed my Spirit. Ketamine brought magnificent inner power and strength forth that had been missing due to my past traumas. It integrated me back to myself, to my true essence. I am not my trauma. I am not my past and I am not my pain. It gave me the opportunity to release and let go of so many things holding me back and brought forth such great inner wisdom and inner strength. My ptsd is improved. I feel more connected to the joy within me, to the environment around me and to the people in my life. I am more present. More loving. More confident. I am still a work in progress, but I feel more balanced and centered to continue to move forward in my life. For those of you who are considering trying it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! You will be with the best of the best at Reset Ketamine! Thank you Dr. Ko, you truly are a blessing to humanity. read more

Feeling stuck in a rut I decided to try ketamine given all that I had been hearing about it. I didn't really know what to expect, so went in with an open mind - would a lot of painful stuff come up, or would it be more of a pleasant experience? Over the course of the six infusions I found myself opening up to possibilities that I had not previously been able to consider in my day to day heads-down work mode. All sorts of interesting options started to percolate; what I could do for work, where I could do it, who I needed to reach out to or reconnect with. I feel a lot more freedom now to consider alternatives. As an added bonus, the back and neck pain I had been experiencing has disappeared. Dr. Ko and his staff are wonderful - very professional, caring and empathetic. They make the entire experience extremely safe and make sure that you understand exactly what will be happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Reset Ketamine if this is something you're looking to explore to get a new perspective on life. read more

I cannot put into words the compassion and support that Dr. Ko and his team demonstrated for me while under their care. The RK preparation protocol before the treatments, the intention setting ritual and the care they took to deep dive into my "why" ....and then the follow up immediately after and in between each treatment was all beyond excellent! It is rare to find a health care professional with this sort of genuine care and concern for the health and well being of their patients. Dr. Ko is a remarkable human being and an excellent doctor! My highest accolades to Reset Ketamine. read more

It's a breath of fresh air to know that there are still people that are compassionate enough to help others without charging any money up front. Dr. Ko is a real gift to this world. He really takes the time to understand his patients and does everything possible to help them rather it's good advice or providing tools and coping skills to get through hard times. After getting to know him and everything he has done for me I feel like the fees for his services are a fraction of the value. I would pay 10 times the amount of money he asks for considering how much impact he has had on my life and how much better I am to this day. He has literally saved my life through some of my deepest depressions, I find myself to be very balanced and focused now and I keep a positive attitude. No more dark thoughts about ending it all and I have even learn to control my emotions from some of his comforting advice. I am so happy to meet people like this considering 99% just want the money and don't care about the results they provide. Thank you Dr KO and Reset Ketamine. read more

I finished my 6 session reset a couple weeks ago and I am feeling fantastic. After a lifetime dealing with depression, anxiety, and PTSD (among other mental disorders) I'd nearly surrendered to living out the rest of my life in misery. But Dr. Ko and his top notch staff have changed my life. The Ketamine infusions allowed me to let go and hear the messages the universe has for me and integrate these messages into my daily life. Dr. Ko truly is a healer and his staff are all angels. Deciding to have the Reset Ketamine experience may be the best, kindest, most loving thing I have ever done for myself. read more

Dr. Ko and his staff are fantastic! I can't say enough about how well they treat their patients - highly professional, caring, knowledgeable and kind. My experience was profoundly positive. Dr Ko and his staff embody an excellent example of an integrative, medically sound approach to the treatment of body, mind and spirit imbalances. The power of Ketamine to transform is manifested in Dr Ko's office where "East meets West" ... his western medical training (use of prior medical reords, vital sign monitoring, dosage regulation) and wholistic practices of eastern medicine (ritual, presence, compassion) provide a setting for confidence and comfort. To be accompanied by Dr Ko and his staff in one's journey of discovery and healing is priceless!! One last note, I have had very positive experiences with Ketamine infusions from another provider, but have found the totality of my experience with Dr Ko and his staff to be superior in every way!! read more

Reset Ketamine has been a wonderful experience for me from beginning to my last treatment. They got in touch quickly when I first reached out to them. They carefully got all my medical records from my internist to make sure that I had no medical contradictions for the treatments. They have a very nice and professional office. The staff are very caring and responsive. They quickly respond to emails. Dr. Ko carefully explained everything beforehand. Vital signs are continuously checked. Everything seemed very safe. He's probably one of the few physicians in the area who truly understands complex ptsd. My depression and anxiety improved after 2 sessions. I developed some insights about past trauma which I was able to explore further in therapy. He WANTS to help you heal. read more

Dr. Ko has an impressive intake process-- all digital and easily completed online. He speaks incredibly frankly about success rates for ketamine in blunting headaches. He is not a sales man! I haven't decided whether to pursue Ketamine therapy yet, but Dr. Ko is a breath of fresh air (I have consulted other doctors about ketamine for my head pain and they've suddenly started seeing me as an ATM). Dr. Ko is not in it for that; he really believes in skilled compassionate use of this drug. read more

I am so grateful to have found Reset Ketamine. I did a lot of research beforehand and was impressed with Dr Ko's knowledge and holistic approach to his Ketamine infusion therapy. His staff is amazing as well. Reset Ketamine goes above and beyond to ensure you are getting the most out of your treatments. Safety is there number one priority. Dr Ko also let's you know that at any time if you have any questions he is available 24/7. As a nurse that has worked with many doctors, I find it increasingly harder to find a doctor that is passionate about healing, safety, and integrity. I have battled depression for many years and finally found what works for me. I believe Ketamine is life changing and hope more people will be able to experience the benefits. read more

I was struggling with debilitating depression and anxiety, sleeping a lot and unable to move for sometimes hours at a time. I was tired and losing weight rapidly. After trying and failing on at least a dozen medications and combinations of medications I was done. I was ready to die. Eager even, and I had a plan. With the help of my wife and my doctor we found Reset Ketamine and Dr. Ko. I started the first of six Ketamine infusions in mid-February and received the last one in early-March. I felt better after the first treatment and progressively better each week. The Ketamine worked and I feel better than I have in years. I can't say enough about Dr. Ko and his staff. They are professional, compassionate and absolutely focused on providing the best care for their patients. They quite literally saved my life. read more

For most of my life, I've endured depression and PTSD, and I've tried everything - talk therapy, support groups, diet, exercise programs, meditation, retreats, art, writing, EMDR, self defense classes, self-help books, church, acupuncture, dietary supplements, over-the-counter remedies and prescription meds. Two years after I met Dr. Ko, after tremendous hesitation on my part, I decided to give Reset Ketamine a try. I was reluctant because this treatment felt extreme and I was uncomfortable with the idea of a drug infusion, but the possibility of relief finally won over my hesitation. I chose Reset Ketamine because I liked Dr. Ko's integration of spirituality with science, and I felt a genuineness and commitment to healing from him and every member of his staff. His East-meets-West approach resonates with my own philosophy, so finally, at the urging of my husband and my GP, I made an appointment. For me, the results were immediate. I couldn't believe that my life-long burden had been lifted at last, and I find myself enjoying my family, my hobbies, and my energy level with a renewed sense of happiness and contentment. I sleep better and feel more productive and focused. I am so grateful that I gave myself the life-changing gift of the time, money, and energy of this cure. Before I decided to post this review, I weighed my need for personal privacy with my sense of obligation to a greater good, and I determined that if my experience could help pull even one person from the misery of depression, it would be worth it. If you are struggling with depression, I urge you to give Dr. Ko and Reset Ketamine a try. read more

There are not enough kind and positive words that I can use to describe Dr. Ko and his care at Reset Ketamine. His staff is equally wondrous as well. When I came to find Dr. Ko in what seemed to be happenstance (or what I know now to be something far greater working for me) I was in the most dire straits imaginable. I had gone through about 10 years of chronic pain and strange symptoms through my 20's that slowly but surely got more and more severe. Finally at 31, after too much stress at work and a combination of personal stresses and traumas...things got much worse, and fast. I went to the doctor multiple times having a plethora of imaging and testing done. Seeing specialist upon specialist. The urologist couldn't tell me why my kidney was inflamed and backed up, yet my blood work all showed I had no inflammation in my body (despite the fact you could see and feel it). As a traveling Superintendent who had traveled greatly all of my adult life, I suddenly could no longer drive a car without having an unexplainable "attack" where my vision seemed to bother me in what could most closely be described as a panic attack although it was not one. I was unable to even drive down the windy road I had grown up on without sheer terror or complete inability to get down all together. I was in debilitating pain; I would jolt out of my sleep in one of those "attacks" in the middle of the night; I suddenly had severe digestive issues. After a muscle biopsy, brain MRI and lymph node biospy (as even my lymph nodes were swollen and inflammed) the Rhumatologist at Eisenhower could only tell me that my blood work showed I was in optimal health and he could not explain it. Finally, we decided on fibromyalgia. I dont know if that was or is what it is (although the driving symptoms and other things seem to add up) but I do know I was having a serious problem. Refusing to settle into a life of taking pills, and having "okay" days at best, I continued my search for wellness. I had seen a program on Vice just the week before on Ketamine treatments when I was browsing Yelp (something I NEVER do) and noticed the add at the top of the page displaying "Reset Ketamine in Palm Springs", just 20 minutes from my house. I called Dr. Ko that same day and left a message. He called me the next day and over the course of the next 2 weeks evaluated my records, spoke to me and my doctors about what had been going on and finally we agreed to my first treatment date. After my very first treatment I noticed an inner peace and a drastic and dramatic decrease in my anxious and depressed feelings. 1 week after my 3rd infusion I woke up, pain free, for the first time in many years. The pain in my shoulder, foot, legs and hips I had suffered with and spent so much time and money trying to eliminate was gone. This lasted for a month and a half until I got off track with my diet. I returned to finish my treatment series and again the pain was gone. Now, I continue to manage my condition with diet and the practices of meditation and other factors I learned from Dr. Ko. I am a vastly different and 100% more functional person than I was the day I walked in and met Dr. Ko. He doesn't just practice medicine, he approaches each patient on a holistic level as well, taking the WHOLE of you into consideration - mind, body and spirit for a complete and most efficient and lasting healing. I had very little to zero side effects and Dr. Ko is right there to literally hold your hand during treatment (something he has done for me many times) if need be. He is caring, kind, passionate and down right miraculous. Don't be afraid to have an open mind and take the plunge to start your healing. You are in not just good hands, but the best hands with Dr. Ko. I am eternally grateful to this man for giving me my life and the quality of my life back when I was deep in despair at a young 32 thinking I would have to live that way forever. I refered a friend after my treatment who was also suffering greatly, and he too is doing phenomenal after years of suffering and sickness. My hope is that many people will be reached, read this and receive relief for themselves as well. read more
