Ive already written a review on google (kennedy) about my experience with this partictular location…read morebut here we are again with more bs. after the previous incident, i had another package that went through usps and they marked my package as delivered EVEN THOUGH i never got it in the mail, nor did i pick it up. the lady said "if it says u picked it up then u picked it up". girl what? i literally walked across the stage to graduate from college at the exact time and date they claimed i picked it up. they lost my stuff and didnt eve care to help or relocate it. also they tried to tell me that i didnt fill out a green slip months before. i did. they could have easily just said they lost it and needed another instead of claiming my residence box was "vacant". i currently stilll live here. this was decemeber 2025-february 2026. took me sending a letter to the USPS in Washington DC for them to stop denying my claim bc it showed as "delivered" when i never picked it up. my current issue now is that i have a package that was supposed to be delivered but yk they hate delivering mail that isnt a letter or bigger than their palm so they marked it as "no secure location" so i opted for a redelivery to be put in a parcel locker feb 27th. mostly bc im done trying to engage with useless lazy ahh ppl. but its now march 3rd and no one has done anything with my package. mind you, i sent in this redelivery for feb 26th. due to their email they said they would have it out for a confirmation in 24-36 hours. 24 hours later wouldve been feb 27th on a friday. so i gave grace bc the next business day is monday march 2 so that would be 36 hours. its currently march 3rd, past the confirmation date of when its supposed to be available in the locker. ive put my roommates name on the paper of who i allowed to pick up packages so if he goes up and cant get it, im going to have more issues with this branch. especially since ive also put his name on the package as well because of this lame issue. i cannot wait to move for this reason of dealing with this bum branch. the emloyees are lazy and act like they cant be bothered to actually help someone. youre a lucky person if you can just send your pacages to another location and get it there.

I then realized there was a staff change & my normal delivery person was changed to a different route. I am unsure why the change since he would return different day, different weeks. Mixing the regular delivery person always had my bills and medications to me same time monthly. I am now lucky if I get mail and/or meds. What ever is happening at USPS-Ridgeland needs correction. I have seen many come & go over the years & this is definitely the worst I have ever seen doing delivery and a few window workers at the post office should retire and move out rather than treat people so rudely. A ship is only as good as its captain so whoever runs that branch now, needs to fix many issues I have watched over the years deteriorate. Maybe step aside & let someone else do the job. Quit sitting in your office. Get out & pay attention to your branch & those claiming to 'work' there. It is a shame that this is my neighborhood USPS store. My husband and I have given this place…read morenumerous chances. There's one lady (Phyllis) in particular who goes OUT OF HER WAY to be *aggressively* rude. It feels targeted. You should read the reviews on google too. We've started driving out of our way to go to another location where we have had zero issues. We have always been so kind and it's appalling the customer service at this location. We've consistently had negative experiences here for two years. Save yourself the time and trouble and find another store. I'm honestly in shock at how I've been treated here. Cutting me off when talking, raising her voice, refusing to take packages when the USPS store down the street takes them immediately. Today she told me to "go in the hallway cause there's no room for me" ... I was the only one in line? I work in international customer service and I cannot believe this lady has been allowed to treat customers like this for this long.
