    Caesar salad with chicken
    Gary H.

Had lunch there today and it was great. The location is easy to find. The inside was nice and the service was great. We enjoyed some baked oysters and they are likely the best ones in town. We also had the pimento cheese bites and really liked them. The caesar salad was the best I've had in Pensacola. We will be back for sure.

Food is absolutely flavorful. Just so happy we found this place. Charity was wonderful and like the biggest fan of the place which definitely helped us pick out food :) cute place - outside area nice as well.

Came in with friends party of 6. We were sat right away. Beer and wine only. Food is good but not sure for the price. Example I had the seasonal risotto which was $21.00 then I added scallops for $15.00 and got 3 of them. It was good but not sure $36.00 good. Staff is friendly. Jasmine was our server she was great. Clean inside. Food is good. Just be ready for the bill.

The staff are super friendly and the vibes of this place are on point! There is plenty of seating inside and out, the food is good and quick- I can't wait to go back

Went recently and sat outside on a chilly night, but they had outdoor heaters and we enjoyed our meal as well as the atmosphere. Brussel Sprouts were amazing and our drinks were very good as well. Glad I finally made the decision to check this place out!

Ponzu chicken sandwich with herb fries

The scallops now come with a parsnip puree and bacon topped green beans. The green beans could have been cooked more they had a little too much bite to them. The bacon and herbs were very tasty. The parsnip purée was way too smooth and creamy, I would have preferred something a little less creamy. The bacon topping over the green beans was delicious. The scallops themselves were slightly overcooked. The sauté created a hard crust on the top of the scallop that required a knife to cut through. You can usually cut a scallop with the side of a folk. It's a little much, $39 dollars for 4 scallops and green beans. Price doesn't seem justified for the dish. The ponzu chicken sandwich breading was heavy. The bun choice made the sandwich hard to eat. The herb fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. These were pretty close to perfection. Service was great. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. The tab gets left on mini card reader they place on the table, when you're ready and you close out at your own pace. Might be a while before I'd opt to try this place again, but not bad.

Beautiful yellow, heirloom tomato I took off my hamburger and ate separately; hamburger perfectly cooked!

Really great food service in atmosphere. My husband's fish sandwich was exceptional. He had a side, Caesar salad and duck fat fries which he loved. My hamburger was perfectly medium as ordered and what was so impressive was the fact that that it had a yellow heirloom tomato on it. I was so impressed with my tomato which was perfectly salted and peppered. Thank you very much. I pulled it off the hamburger and ate it by itself! We will definitely be back to try some other menu items. Don't sit on this place!!

We had to stop by after hearing all the reviews! We truly enjoyed our experience. The Caesar salad with chicken was really good. My husband really enjoyed his hamburger and fries. The red blend wine had a smooth taste. The dessert from Craft was amazing, we thought a small scoop of ice cream would have thrown it into another hemisphere! The vibe was very cool and we could have sat there longer. Service was great.

My husband and I had dinner here a few weeks ago, this place recently opened and you could tell the staff is still working through some kinks.. upon arriving we stood at the front door waiting on a host for 20 minutes. We almost turned around and went somewhere else but we were determined to eat there so we waited. We ended up being seated outside at a picnic table. Our server was very nice and apologized for the excessive wait times, she was also the only person working outside that evening and they were slammed. We enjoyed a couple local beers and split the Steak frites and an order of the Brussel sprouts.

The atmoshphere The acoustics in the back dining room. I could actually have a conversation even when it was moderately crowded. The Bad: The food is absolutely awful. It's so bad. I'm sorry, I want it to be better but every time we come here no matter what dinner entrée I get, it's gross. I had the grouper piccata and it was inedible. The fish stunk like fish, badly. It was stomach turning. The pasta was no better. Some sort of gross lemon flavoring or something, I'm not sure, but after a couple of bites I couldn't eat another bite. $47 in the garbage. To add insult to injury, the prices are stupid high. They also add some BS 3.5% "operational charge". It's minor compared to the price of the food, but it's just a shameless money grab. I'm beyond tired of businesses using COVID era nonsense as an excuse to completely fleece patrons. The prices don't even remotely reflect the quality of the food or the location or the atmosphere. It's in a liquor store for goodness sake.

This is complimented by the large, striking art pieces that occupy the entire wall along the north side of the store. And I'm declaring right now the lovely patio area to be one of the most, if not the most, delightful al fresco dining venues in Pensacola. And right now in early May, the patio is graced with the lovely fragrance of the blooming jasmine vines that adorn the trellises of the patio. Though most of the wines on EHWB's list are unfamiliar to me our lovely, efficient, and attentive server, Nadia, was quite knowledgeable and able to steer us to exactly what we were looking for to accompany the Muffuletta we had our sights on. The list consists of a nice variety of moderately priced wines. And at lunch, there are several wines offered at half off per glass. As we're old timers we shared a half Muffuletta. We could have shared a quarter. LOL. It is large. It is served on a bun that looks like a Gambino's, and may be. The bun seemed rather dry to us, not perfectly fresh, but nonetheless the sandwich was quite good. Loaded with all the traditional ingredients and very enjoyable. Would definitely do again, though for next week we've got the Cuban Press locked in on our radar screen. There are several things on the dinner menu here that are calling out to us so we very well work an evening visit in while here. I'm saying this store is going to a winner and a mighty fine replacement and more here in East Hill for City Grocery.
