Her demeanor was condescending, and her behavior during the showing was completely inappropriate for someone representing a property at this level. I actually felt embarrassed for her associate who witnessed the interaction -- it was crass, unprofessional, and far below the standard expected in this industry. If I were her client and saw how she handled potential buyers, I would absolutely choose to work with another broker. Because of her conduct, I walked out within seconds. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed that her behavior caused me to miss out on an opportunity I was genuinely excited about. Buying a home is stressful enough; this experience added unnecessary tension and left a very negative impression. I would hope this real estate group values polished, mature professional brokers who present themselves with integrity and composure rather than those who come across as dismissive and catty.
