If you're looking for a trash service that doesn't actually come pick up your trash, you've found the right one! I have been on the phone countless number of times to report a missed pickup only to be told someone would be out by the end of the day and it has now been FIVE days! I have been paying for service since September and have only had my trash picked up maybe four times. I completely understand people are having labor shortages but I watched the republic trash service DRIVE RIGHT PAST MY HOUSE! Would NOT recommend. read more

I have used Republic Waste services for almost 2 years now and the service has deteriorated rapidly! It's almost going on a week since they were supposed to pick up our trash and bags are now piling up at the end of driveways. Getting an answer out of calling corporate nets no results because they seem in the dark and calling the local field office you talk to people that act like you're the problem. It's to the point where it's going to become a health issue. I've had to pick up trash all over the street in the mornings because animals knock the can over. One piece of advice: DON'T USE REPUBLIC!! Save yourself the headache, work and stress. read more

We have used Republic services for garbage pick up for years with few issues. Something changed in July 2019 and we have experienced numerous missed pick ups, no return calls and broken promises. We finally cancelled service and are being charged for them to pick up their container even though records reflect poor service. And to top it off we have to make sure it's by the road in 6 weeks which they designated as a pick up day. read more
