My wife have called by now 3 times (that I know of) maybe even more and every week is the same story. They always see us on the list but nothing gets resolved. Funny though, they have been charging for the service since the first call, now we are discussing a refund while still waiting for the recycling bin because there's a shortage. Its a shame since the people who pick up the trash do great work and it gets shadowed by this.

Time for a dumpster! My husband had booked 10yd Dumpster for his parents after finding them on Yelp. He was able to secure one for us during a quieter week. They dialed him on a Tuesday afternoon to let them know the dumpster was in route and in a short time it was through our gate and in the backyard. It looked tiny when I saw it sitting there but it's held a lot of garbage and yard waste. It's quite full now and ready for pick up. If you're ready to declutter, this is a great call to make. It's been a cathartic week of making space and reorganizing our basement.

I live in a community where I have no choice for waste pick up. So, their customer service…read morebasically is a person holding a chair down with NO for the answer to everything. My auto payment debit card was compromised so it was cancelled and a new one was sent. I tried to remember all that was on this card as autopay but this one was forgotten. And, because it is autopay, I don't even open the bills that come. So, my service was stopped for non-payment. I called to change the debit card number and explain the situation (of course, I had been out of town most of the month so my family had 2 very full trash cans)! Keep in mind that we have been a customer on AUTOPAY (never late or never missed) for 8 years. When I called to explain the situation, I asked if I could make a payment by phone? NO. Could she help me set up autopay again with the new card? NO. Could she please put me back on trash collection route so my trash could be picked up the next a.m.? NO. So, at this point I'm wondering if there are other options in my area for trash pick up. She asked my address and then told me NO (I really think that's all she knew how to say.) I was told to go to a website and fill out the form, using my username and ID (which was set up 8 years ago, so I have no idea what it is!) in order for them to take my payment! Then it would be a week before I could have pick up again. Wow. Just wow. I'm really at a loss. I'm a top tier customer. I have never even been late on a payment. I even rent their stupid trash cans. And their "recycle" bin. This company STINKS. But they have a monopoly in my area so I simply have to deal with it. I will be calling my town hall to complain and maybe the contract will go to someone who cares about their customers next time.
