It hit with such force it left a big crater then by the end of the day it split up my windshield. I had my wife call this company to let them know. They took the info, and that was it. Several more calls later they started hanging up on her. I called them, and they hung up on me. I finally spoke to a Wayne in Risk Management at their corporate office in Great Falls. He started a claim. Zurich is their insurance company. Long story short, they lied and said that none of their vehicles were in that vicinity on that time and day. Denied the claim, and now I am stuck with a $400 windshield replacement. BEWARE when behind these trucks, the company will lie to get out of doing what is right!

Facts: We knew the price going in…read more Furniture was damaged and moving took 11 hours, that should have been a 6 hour job. We are disappointed about the time and damaged furniture, because we went off their stellar reviews. UPDATE: When we went down to the basement, we noticed they put boxes labeled KITCHEN meant for the kitchen. We paid movers to make it easier, not harder and with damaged property on top of it. Because the owner cannot separate emotions from business and favors an employee based on relations. We were hoping they would honor a refund and replace our fireplace. We discovered more damaged furniture, including a very expensive curio. They also left garbage in a closet upstairs, when we paid for removal after moving our furniture. They also left pots in the front of the house. Very disappointed that we paid $1300 for a bad job. UPDATE: Our expensive $1500 dollar table is knicked on one of the chair leg. UPDATE; We now had to hire another mover to haul our trash out that was supposed to be hauled out by The Pink Man. Update: 4/1/2022: Attempted to work amicably with company and they would not honor the other damaged furniture listed in the photos provided. Very disappointed.
