Once he took charge, I received my title in less than a month, and a few months later, the case was settled to my satisfaction. I did not know that there was a law that says once you pay off your vehicle, the bank has a limited time to give you the title to your car. Chase Bank still lied and tried to make it my fault for moving 2 years ago to a different state. They lied that they were not notified of the move, and it confused them.
