It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.

I don't often post a review as everyone can have an off day but after reading the other reviews,…read morethere is clearly problem with this UPS Store so I had to share my experience. The owner, Jonathan Archer is a enormous disappointment to all. He is rude and based on other reviews, there is a pattern of poor behavior. Jonathan sounds normal on the phone but in person, he makes you feel like you are a bother to him. He is not willing to help or to make a customer feel comfortable about visiting his location. I strongly do not recommend this location. UPS head office should be made aware of the poor representation Jonathan Archer is exhibiting. As a retired employee of UPS, I can state 100%, this Store is not aligned with UPS Standards of providing quality customer service. Go to the Sherway location as they are far more professional and friendly.

I gave one star for the lack of professionalism and poor, slow, sloppy service. I recently used…read moretheir shop to have 2 different but fairly simple pics taken for official/business purposes. I was charged approx. $50 for 1 hard copy and 2 electronic files. The print out turned out well. A standard electronic 2x2 inch passport size file, however, was formatted incorrectly, even though I walked in with a hard copy of specifications for each photo, which I presented to a photographer immediately. When I called back b/c I was unable to upload the electronic photo b/c the file was too large, she told me point blank that I never told her what the size of file was supposed to be. How about reading the instruction with a bit more care? I called her 3 times that day to follow up. Each time she promised to send me correct file within 2 hrs, then another 2 hrs, then 30 min. At the end of the day I received a "corrupt" file which I was unable to use. Another day and several email exchanges later (providing file requirements yet again!), she sent me ... another erroneously formatted file. Long story short: I ended up using Google to reformat my file and was able to upload it. Turned out, she never actually read the instructions properly to ensure both the size and dimensions were accurate. I later figured out that I could've done the same photos at Shoppers Drug Mart for a much lesser cost. So much for a professional service!
