Can't imagine how long it would have taken me to find that area without her help; 5-star service. Today, I asked assistance of someone who appeared to be a clerk and she pointed to the correct area and simply said, "Behind the pole." I went where she had pointed, and when I looked where she'd said, I did find a small section with flatware. Nothing there suited my need. As I was returning to the front, I came upon a snack/treat section and found a bag of dark chocolate-covered cherries marked down to less than 1/2 their original price! Yum! That saved me a stroll over to the See's store down the way AND from paying c. 80% more for chocolate-covered cherries. Yes, I know how good See's is but times are tough... The moral of the story is - unless you have a good, long time to wander around this huge store searching and/or you already know from a previous visit where to find the item/dept. you need - seek out a store employee when you first enter and get directions.
