Brought two trashed screens from an apartment. They fixed them for $30 each in a couple of days. Very friendly, good work.

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

One of them was damaged(I wouldn't have noticed). They installed it, ordered another window, and replaced the damaged one when the new one arrived at no charge to me. I love the windows. They are energy efficient and let in so much light!

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. We also wanted out house painted after installation and Clear Choice set that up for us as well. (See my review for Triple A Painting). What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

After getting ridiculous quotes from a few companies, some who said we had to replace the entire window, Joe's came in with an extremely reasonable estimate. They were seamless to communicate with, very prompt and informative. After initial appointment, the replacement took about 15 minutes! Also, all the employees we interacted with were very nice, informative and polite. Hopefully won't need them again--but I'm recommending them to our neighbors in our hoa. Thank you Joe's Glass!

It's been maddeningly difficult to find a company willing to replace a single broken window pane,…read morewithout replacing the entire window (frame, glass and all). It seems like every "window replacement" company out there refuses to just cut and install a new pane, even though doing so is one step in the process of total window replacement. Thankfully, Joe's Glass offers this service, and at a reasonable price. It took a couple weeks to get someone out to get me a quote, but once he arrived, the assessment was quick and pane-less. Afterward, a new window was ordered, cut and installed within two weeks. We were fortunate that this incident happened in the summer, as we've had virtually no rain for the month and a half it took to locate, schedule and execute a solution to our pane-ful problem. If it had been any other season, I probably would have been significantly more irritated and impatient. In regards to professionalism, price, promptness, and quality of work, Joe's Glass excels in all of these things. If all you need is some replacement glass, they're one of the few companies in the Portland area who will take on the job, and for that, I am eminently grateful. Just be aware that, depending on how busy they are, it may take some time before your problem can be assessed and addressed.
