My battery on my iphone was weak and I decided to get it repaired at a local shop. The price was abit expensive but I decided to go ahead. The new battery was not much better and cost £45. A month later I decided to got to apple for a replacement battery and it works perfectly now. Apple informed me the battery was not guenuine and had already passed its life cycle. Do not visit! had my iPhone 8 back glass replaced they have broken the touch ID and completely denied all responsibility claiming it didn't work when I took it in which was not the case, the glass back repair which I took it for is also very shoddy. Poor service from the start with this shop. I was passing and my iPhone screen was damaged, it had a slight crack across it so I decided to get it fixed. When booking the phone in I was advised £60 and 20 minutes. 3 hours later I'm still sat in the same shop waiting for my phone apparently they had a 14 old kid repairing my phone who damaged it. The manager returned my phone back to me with no apology and charged me £120 for the damage the repairer caused. Damaged my iPhone 7 beyond repair. I came here for a simple screen replacement which was advertised at £99 in the store the price went up to £150 but I was in here so I decided to go-ahead. When I got my phone back the home button was sunken in and the battery was only lasting a few hours. I went back but they were not interested, so I took it to the Apple store who advised me the previous store had damaged the logic board beyond repair. My Story... Very poor service claiming they are using original parts when clearly they are using the cheapest possible parts available combined with no skills resulting in catastrophic repairs that only work randomly and last a few days. I came for an iPhone repair that was supposed to take 15 minutes but ended up taking 3 days, initially i waited around in the shop for 2 hours as the boys played Russian roulette with my phone before sending me home without a phone. The next day i came back when it was supposed to be repaired but it still had faults with the speaker and the home button i think they damaged something in the internal of the phone while passing it to each other attempting to fix the phone causing more damage to the phone. Finally i had had enough of these cowboys having the cheek to charge me for utterly destroying my phone it only came in for a screen repair, i think they would struggle to boil an egg between themselves let alone try to fix a technical device. No wonder i was the only customer in there for 2 hours. They have a very poor reputation that they definitely live up to. read more

I took my Motorola G4plus in on 1/12/17 with a charging issue. The phone worked perfectly except it wouldn't charge. I was told it would need a new charging port. They would order it and it would be repaired in 24 hrs. I left it till 4/12/17 to contact them as I had not heard anything. I rang and was told someone would ring me back in 15mins. 4 hrs later they rung to tell me it was not the port but the phone and could they have it another 24 hrs to see if they could repair it. I said ok. Bear in mind I had left my sim in it too. By today 7/12/17 I still hadn't heard anything so rang at 9.30am to be told that my phone was in bits and they couldn't repair it. I said ok, put it back together and I will call back after 3,30pm (no charge was to be made). I turned up at 4pm to be told that the message had not been passed on and my phone was still in bits. It was put back together and returned. When I got home I find out that half the screws are missing out of the back and the on off button won't depress and neither will the volume down. The phone is actually in a worse state than when I left it. Do not use this place. It is not worth the hassle. I wish I had read the most recent review, but I had it recommended by someone I work with, You are probably ok if you have apple products but anything else forget it. Bunch of cowboys. I am contacting Which who say they are trusted. They are anything but. I am not going back as it is an 8 mile round trip. Take my advice and avoid them like the plague. I have read the previous comment on the review and I am not a competitor. I still have your sticker on the back of my phone. read more
