The office space is lovely and clean and tidy so a good first impression when you walk in. It's rare to find a mobile phone repair shop that you can trust not to rip you off these days. Adrian the repair engineer was not only polite, cheerful and helpful, but really knew his stuff too. Lovely guy. He went that extra mile for me and now I definitely won't need to go anywhere else for phone repairs and will be recommending Angel to friends & family. Due to the nature of the problem we thought my phone probably needed a couple of parts replacing, but when Adrian took it apart he saw it only needed a good clean up which cost a lot less. I wouldn't have known any different if he hadn't been so honest - some people would have taken advantage. Thank you so much! My phone looks like new & is working perfectly. I'll certainly use them again and would encourage anyone to give them a call with any IT issues. After phoning a couple of other IT companies in York and getting disappointing cold responses over the phone I called Lantech and was immediately impressed. They were friendly and clearly explained what the possible problems were and worked around my schedule to come and collect my laptop. I was kept me up to date over the phone as they worked on the problem and allowed me to choose what solution to go for. The excellent communications from Lantech really gave me peace of mind.
