They had to completely redo the tilework in both bathrooms because of discrepancies and shoddy workmanship. We are moving again and during the inspection they found that the main shower has been leaking the entire time. The raised step into the shower was not built/sealed right. It leaks into our crawl space as well as through the step and into the bathroom. Our current contractor has said they cut corners, used cheap materials, and a rubber tray/ membrane that isn't even supposed to used in Virginia. If you value your money go elsewhere. "We do not cut any corners in our construction process." Except when your tile guys put the wrong grout color in. Then removed it and replaced with the correct color, meanwhile cracking many of the other tiles and then trying to cover it up with caulking.
