ODC Enterprises completed an exceptional and timely job on my home. In early June, I noted my…read moreattack roof vent fan was not working. I submitted multiple online estimate requests. ODC replied same day. I also wanted to get my chimney cap replaced or refurbished. After three estimates from local Hampton Roads general contractors, ODC was the cheapest. ODC also included a "Roof Tune-Up" where the entire roof was inspected, replaced pipe donuts, clean-up of roof vents and pipes (sanded and painted), nail pop-ups repaired, repairs to flashing, and replaced missing or damaged shingles. Upon completion, I was provided with before and after pictures. The owner, Terry, came out to my property to complete the initial inspection and estimate. And he returned upon completion to inspect all work. ODC worked with my timeline and was respectful of my property. Thank you ODC for a job well done. Handles and drow pulls are "arthritis friendly". The design team in the beautiful showroom LISTENS to you so they can help you make good selections. They don't try to upsell you and work with in your budget. The sub-contractors they use for electrical and plumbing are super! They show up on time, do great work and leave the work area like they've never been there. If issues arrive the work with you to quickly solve it and make alternative suggestions IF needed. When placing the order, I was told it would be ready within 2 weeks. At 2 weeks, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks. (They didn't call me to let me know of any delays). Once again, I called them to find out the status, and once again, the countertops weren't there. Now, we're at 4 weeks for a 2 week order. My client is being patient, but they've got a torn apart kitchen. They're not exactly happy about this delay. We've already made a deposit to this company for half of the amount of the cost. They've given no reason for these delays. Once again, another 2 weeks goes by with constant phone calls by myself to them. Absolutely no communication FROM them. Finally, the counters are ready. BUT, no backsplashes yet....ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? Fine, at least the customer can use his kitchen. During this time, I have asked several times to speak to the owner/boss/manager and have been given several reasons of why I'm unable to, not in, fishing, etc. When going to pick up the counters, they weren't even all cut correctly. I could go on, but the long and short...A few days later, we finally got the backsplashes too. My customer had to wait a frustrating 2 months to get his counters finished and I have YET to hear back from this company boss. Oh, but the receptionist did say he approved $50 off the total bill........Yes, that number you see is the correct number of 0's. $50. He cost me about $400, plus the time, aggravation, and reputation, but he'll offer a whopping $50 for my time and the gas it cost me to make multiple trips to pick up the countertops.
