My encounter with David Moore was almost a year and a half ago, and it was so unpleasant I still…read morethink about it. I was very upfront with David about the fact that I was a very medication hesitant individual, but I was on some medications at the time and was willing to listen to his suggestions (I don't think anxiety around medication should be a shocker to anyone working in the mental health field - I mean you are obviously working with mentally ill people, but hey, what do I know?). He made a suggestion that I titrate up on a new medication. I was doing, in my opinion, pretty well sticking to the plan. I was having some possible side effects and still pushing through (typically I'd just ship at the first sign of anything). After 2 weeks of stomach issues I sent him a email asking if he thought it was possibly a side effect. His response was to tell me to "Just stop the med. At this rate you won't be on a therapeutic dose until 2026." It just makes me wonder why David Moore doesn't seem to care about being an excellent care provider. He's been made aware that his communication is rude, and from what I've heard of his interactions with others aside from myself, bordering on cruel. David strikes me as another egocentric male who thinks they can treat others with disregard and disrespect, because of the diploma on his wall - and perceives anyone unwilling to submit themselves to his abuse as weak. While that may not be the absolute truth about David Moore, it is exactly what he is portraying to the people who interact with him. David could benefit from a read of How to Win Friends and Influence Others by Dale Carnegie, and reflecting on where his deep seated frustration toward others stems from.

Being new to town a couple years ago. finding a place like ITrust was a bit overwhelming,…read moreespecially a place I felt comfortable and my needs were met. Dr Krozer and his staff are all extremely kind, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Dr Krozer explains everything very thoroughly when discussing possible routes to take when addressing certain issues, and is personable throughout the visit, showing interest in my well being and how I am doing. All around great staff that are always available if needed between appointments. I lucked out finding them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Like Comment Share

I'm writing this review out of genuine concern, not anger…read more I recently tried to help my grandmother access psychiatric care through iTrust Wellness. She is an older adult currently dealing with serious mental health challenges, including paranoia about her personal information being accessed online. She is also not tech-savvy and is in no condition to navigate online forms or self-referral systems on her own. I called simply to schedule an appointment for her. I was not asking for medical information, diagnoses, or records. I was told--repeatedly--that due to HIPAA, I could not schedule the appointment and that everything had to be done online through a self-referral form. This was extremely distressing, given her condition. What was most concerning is that even after her primary care physician's office called directly, the response was the same: go online, fill out the form. There was no attempt to problem-solve, offer accommodations, or meet her where she is. This left me wondering: how many elderly or vulnerable patients are unable to get care simply because they can't use the internet or are afraid to? Mental health care should be accessible, especially for seniors. Compassion and flexibility matter just as much as policies. Unfortunately, this experience felt rigid and impersonal at a time when care and understanding were desperately needed. I truly hope iTrust Wellness reconsiders how it supports older adults and families trying to help them.
