Since this house was originally one residence that was made into a duplex later. Be careful when you sign a lease with them. They don't follow thru until it's another issue that's was handled 2 years ago and it's started again.

I would like to say Hunt Management is not a good company in my opinion. My mom lives in Cherrywood…read morevillage in Brown Deer Wi and is almost 90 years old. They gave her a bill of 3k for a bill for a visitor they said she had that damaged an intercom system which is part of the issue. If I would have had transparency at the beginning this situation would have been handled immediately but they just put this bill on my mom expecting her to pay it without a 100 percent proof and besides the 3k fine for a new intercom system, they have the law firm Kaman & Cusimano handling this case which has made a 3k bill to over 37k since last year 2025. My mom is elderly and I feel like they are trying to take advantage of her from a 3k bill and trying to take her equity out of her property. This has stopped the sale of my mom property and stopped her from moving to a senior home because of this fine. I will be filing a lawsuit against Hunt Management on behalf of my mom if anyone has a similar situation and are interested in joining a Lawsuit that I am looking to make a huge Class Action Lawsuit against Hunt Management for free which everything will be contingent to if your case is strong enough to get on this lawsuit. I will handle getting the lawyer that will get paid off of the final payment of what we win against Hunt Management and after looking at these reviews I see that my mom isn't the only one going through it with Hunt Management. Had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of meeting the president, Jim Sileno, at the Mequon Parade of Homes…read more When inquiring about the pricing of the home, my mother and I were treated very rudely and then completely ignored. I guess the football game on TV was more important. When we called him out on it, Mr. Sileno told us to "Go back to our trailer park, you trailer trash". We were flabbergasted. When my mother went to get his business card to get his name, he snapped. He ran over, grabbed her shirt and then shoved her and tried to get the business cards back. When my mother said that if he continued to assault her she would call 911, he yelled at us saying, "Good! Call 911! I'm going to call 911!" and that "We wouldn't get anywhere with the police because we weren't from Mequon." (and how would he even know if we were from Mequon or not?) Not to mention he brought up that we were "trailer trash" again and other degrading things. He was such a pompous jerk and apparently if we're "not from Mequon", we're not good enough for his business. After continued harassment we called the police. I hope he had fun speaking with them. The most unprofessional president of a company I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. It almost felt like we were on candid camera. Definitely do NOT do business with this rude, judgmental, and entitled person.
