I thought that having my wedding in a small town would be easier because of one on one attention from smaller businesses but I was so wrong. I'll spare you the details about the bakery ghosting me the week before resulting in me baking my own cake, nightmare caterers and only 1 rental company in the whole state that carried 1 seriously old and busted PA that didn't care about my business at all. Rentech was the ONLY vendor that actually emailed back in a timely manner, answered all my questions, shipped a shiny new PA in pefect working order days before I needed it and the PA was easy to set up and worked like a dream. Our company was in need of a couple of laptops ASAP for a Wednesday Seminar. After calling numerous companies, I came across Rentech Solutions. They had the best rates, by far, for good quality computers (shipping included). I placed our order late afternoon on a Monday and the computers arrived to us by 10 am the next day, which gave us plenty of time to get everything set up for the Seminar. The package came with a return shipping label for easy shipment back to Rentech. We were completely satisfied with everything about our experience with Rentech Solutions. This company is wonderful and extremely helpful. I know absolutely nothing about projectors, but needed one for a picture slideshow at my grandmother's Celebration of Life. I called the company and spoke to Frank, who was incredibly helpful. He asked me to explain what the projector was for, the room it would be used in, and the size of the screen. Based on this, he gave me a recommendation for what projector would work well. After the service yesterday, I have to say, he knocked it out of the park. The slideshow was clear, beautiful, and visible all the way in the back of the room (which held 200 people). We turned the lights off for the slideshow, but it was so bright and clear we really didn't need to; it was perfectly visible. I called Rentech on a Monday, ordered the projector which arrived on Friday. The service was Sunday, and on Monday we returned it with the prepaid shipping label to the UPS store. It was so easy, came with simple instructions, and worked beautifully. The 3500 lumen projector, which cost a total of $119, was cheaper than comparable projectors that we could find at local places. All in all, I'm incredibly pleased with how simple and easy the process was, and very thankful to Frank for recommending exactly what we needed. This company got it right. From California, II rented a projector for my dad's memorial in Rhode Island, and everything worked perfectly. The projector arrived on Friday for a Saturday event and we just dropped off the pre-paid box at UPS on Monday am. All for a one-day rental fee with very reasonable delivery charge. I had one technical question for setting up, and customer service walked me through it in less than 10 minutes. Great quality and service. And it takes a lot to satisfy a professional video editor like myself. read more

RenTech is by far the best vendor I dealt with when sourcing and trying to rent A/V equipment for a conference that I was putting on with my (all-volunteer) alumni organization. I spoke with Todd, who was efficient, helpful, and obviously experienced in how to organize the order to make sure it fit my very specific needs. The motivation for calling them was the hotel in DC whose A/V pricing was astronomical. When they heard I had gotten and CLOSED the order with Rentech, the hotel told me that I may still have to pay a $500/day "use of outside vendor" fee. Ridiculous. Then the hotel dropped their price substantially so that it came in under the RenTech price plus their $1000 usurious "use of outside vendor" fee. RenTech completely understood. They graciously put the order on hold while I worked this out with my partners, and then also graciously cancelled the order when it became clear that working around the hotel's crazy policies was going to be just too expensive for our budget. Separately from this, I had previously contacted other A/V companies, and their service was (while efficient), not transparent in pricing. Overall, RenTech was a better value, and they were transparent with their bid. I absolutely and unequivocally recommend RenTech, and give a shout out to Todd, and secondarily to David, who made the experience absolutely professional and customer-centric. read more

Just returned the A/V equipment via UPS. I had a wonderful experience dealing with RenTTech. They made the quoting and ordering process extremely easy. The equipment was delivered on time and with all the right cords and accessories and was of great quality. The equipment all worked as it was supposed too and it was easy to ship it all back.
