From the very first free…read moreconsultation Richard was professional patient and extremely knowledgeable about security camera systems. He took the time to walk the property and understand the layout of my 35 unit apartment building. He explained the best options for coverage in a clear and easy way. Richard installed a 30 camera system and handled the entire job from start to finish with care and precision. His attention to detail really stood out and it was clear he takes pride in his work. The installation was completed in a timely manner and everything was set up cleanly and neatly. The pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent with no surprises. It is rare to find someone who combines strong technical knowledge professionalism and fair pricing but Richard delivers on all of it. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that he over-communicated LOL. Other than that I have zero complaints. I highly recommend SecureVolt Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and honest security professional. I am extremely satisfied with the system and feel much more confident about the security of my building thanks to Richard's excellent work. Thanks again Rich!

Please remember the text below: FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read moreWe booked this company and cannot say enough about how courteous, prompt, and engaging the staff were with the guests. Our party was a hit! The add-ons we picked (cotton candy machine, shaved ice, and personalized chip bags) helped take our party to the next level. Don't waste your money, chose OMG gaming trucks instead. The 1st year, the generator to the truck wasn't charged, had to wait 2+ hours for another truck and the cotton candy machine didn't work. For this year, the truck "caught" a flat and they were late to the party. After being late, they didn't accommodate me for that and they packed up the game truck 22 minutes earlier than expected and the popcorn machine didn't work. They didn't even bring their own extension cord, I had to ask and use my neighbors For them to connect the bounce house. Both years, I've seen the exact same thing happen and I'm extremely disappointed! Do NOT use this brand. Use OMG Ohio Mobile Gaming.

Brandon Stray is among the top tier in northeast Ohio and beyond! What makes him and his company stand out is their ability to custom tailor the entertainment package to YOU, just as the company name implies. The staff includes DJs who each have their own niche and will be matched to the style of your event from soft cocktail to classic disco to hard-rockin' to country-western to karaoke as well! Be careful of DJs who bring home speakers and inadequate sound gear and try to fill a room with clean audio. If something doesn't break, the distorted audio will leave you with a headache. AAYE uses only professional gear from companies like RCF, Electro-Voice, JBL, and others. And it goes beyond just music. To complete the atmosphere, Brandon has one of the largest light shows around, rivaling that of some major national acts. Or he can create an intimate mood just as easily from his huge inventory of lighting fixtures and effects. So if you don't want to worry about this critical aspect of your next event and really impress your guests, you need to talk to Brandon. He takes personal pride and attention no matter how large or small your need and will create not just an event but an experience! Take it from me because he does it just the way I would!
