It's tough to attract and retain great seasonal staff in the area (a real challenge for many spots up here), but at this point the execution falls short of what the property deserves. There were 2 hot food options and the rest was a regular continental breakfast spread, albeit lots of options. Like one morning they had a French toast bake and scrambled eggs. But it's not a made to order diner or omlette bar or something. Still good and plenty filling for us so I'm not casting this as a negative at all. The grounds are nice as well but the nature trail was a bit muddy- but it was early May after some rain! We'd love to come back, as a weekend wasn't enough time to explore all the places nearby that we wanted.
