I rented a bike for less then 20 minutes left the bike and ended the ride in a desernated parking area through there app one month later they have tryed take over 150£ from my account. You can not leave these bike anywhere out side of there area as it will not let you end the ride but have now been finded for a bike what was not parked in there area what is impossible to do this is a major scam targeting non Spanish visitors. DONT TRUST THEM. also I rent another bike what did not work at all. It would not let me end the ride and change me for over 15minutes I had to pick the bike up and carry it to another area to be able to end my journey. Total fraud total scam.

This resulted in some nasty cuts to my palms and a sprained wrist. The owner/manager was in complete denial and after having initially accepted to refund me, changed his mind as I dared to insist the bicycles were adjusted in a dangerous manner and that future riders could be at risk. You also have to leave a 150EUR deposit and are liable for any damage or loss. I would beware and would suggest there are better and less risky options the movendoo.
