I rented a bike for less then 20 minutes left the bike and ended the ride in a desernated parking area through there app one month later they have tryed take over 150£ from my account. You can not leave these bike anywhere out side of there area as it will not let you end the ride but have now been finded for a bike what was not parked in there area what is impossible to do this is a major scam targeting non Spanish visitors. DONT TRUST THEM. also I rent another bike what did not work at all. It would not let me end the ride and change me for over 15minutes I had to pick the bike up and carry it to another area to be able to end my journey. Total fraud total scam.

Nora and the rest of the staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. During my week there, I recommended their place to 3 other folks who were looking to rent bikes. And this won't be the last time I will be renting bikes from them. My only wish is that I wished Canyon offered or the shop was equipped with a longer stem so that I fit better on the bike. Though it is no reflection on the shop at all! Conveniently located in the center of the city and just 15 min ride to hit the nearest climbs. Thank you.
