I wanted to explore the city without my huge suitcase and shopping bags and this place was a Godsend. Convenient location, professional staff, large enough lockers to fit 2 checked luggage bags for less than €14 per day, and great hours closing at 930pm. They have changing rooms and a scale you can pay to use to weigh your bag, but they do not have public restrooms. There are several attendants present that assist you in choosing the correct size locker, who also speak good English. You put in your own personal 4 digit code, lock it, then pay. Once you come back you get your luggage and can go on your way. I didn't have a reservation and was able to walk in and complete the process in less than 10 minutes. Super quick and easy. Highly recommend!

We were 5 minutes late…read moreas we were trying to find the office to get the ticket because it's a 5-10 minute from the entrance. (I understand this was our fault), we arrived, watched a group walk away from the front but we needed to go in to get our tickets. The girl at the desk called the tour guide who said "they were already inside", which they were not as it takes longer to walk to the entrance. We asked if we could just get the tickets we paid for, they said "no". We were then told they would rebook us for another €250!!! Terrible business, terrible ethics and they will rip you off given the chance. I've travelled the world and don't plenty of tours. This was the most blatant attempt at taking advantage out tourist. AVOID!

Desde el principio se notaba que sabía muchísimo, no solo sobre la historia y la arquitectura, sino también sobre el significado y la intención detrás de la obra de Gaudí. Explicaba todo de una manera clara y fácil de entender, y hacía que los detalles realmente cobraran sentido mientras caminábamos por la basílica. También fue muy amable y cercana con todo el grupo. Nos hizo sentir cómodos para hacer preguntas y siempre se tomó el tiempo de responderlas. Nos señaló cosas que nunca habríamos notado por nuestra cuenta, lo que hizo que la visita fuera mucho más interesante. Este tour fue uno de los momentos que más disfrutamos de nuestro viaje a Barcelona. Estamos muy agradecidos de haber tenido a Olga como guía y la recomendaríamos sin pensarlo a cualquiera que quiera conocer y entender mejor la Sagrada Família.
