He went above and beyond every time to guarantee we always had a vehicle, that others' mistakes were corrected without us having to deal with any extra headaches, was extremely professional, and made our experience hassle free, and with kindness. The only thing bad thing that is somewhat significant is that they do not allow you to park your vehicle there while you are gone. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if I would have known ahead of time but I had no heads up about this. Once she got in the car to drive it she noticed a message light on the dash board indicating routine maintenance required. She stop by to ask me about it. I notice in the left hand upper corner of the windshield there was a next service sticker. Doing the math the car has not not been service in eight months and 11,604 miles. The tire rotation was over due by 5,604 miles, and the oil change was over due by 6,604 miles. I would think the person delivering the car would notice a routine maintenance required light being on before delivering the vehicle, and Enterprise would look at service records, and inspect vehicles before renting them out. They obviously do not maintain their vehicles.

It wreaked of cigarettes and I hate that smell. The windshield was so hard to drive in at night from the smoke residue stuck on the windshield. Second car (we rent for the summer - city dwellers during the year without a car), was fine. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends: BOTH cars have expired registrations. Seriously? We rented the cars for a month, drove them two hours from where we picked them up car, only to find out it's not even legal to drive them. Having a current registration feels like a pretty baseline must-have. And SixT is ZERO for TWO.
