The store is located just off of Mavis, if you know where Metal Works Studios is, it's basically to the rear of that parking lot. As for the process, smooth and simple. The staff helped coordinate everything I needed over the phone and vial email. On pick up day they were ready a day before, on drop off day they came to my car and helped me unload in about 5 minutes and we were done. I explained that we were going away camping for two weeks with very limited access to the internet. He said that wasn't a problem and that he would put aside a tent for us. He did send someone to check out the space for the tent and all was well. He wrote to say it would work. I immediately responded and told him to let me know how we could put a deposit down. He replied by email that I could call him with the credit card information or fill in the online form. The later would not work as we were camping so I phoned and left two or three voice messages giving him the Visa info. I did not want to do it all in one phone call as I felt uncomfortable with that. I also went to a place with Internet and wrote and told him that I had left a voice message with all the info and to please email me and let me know that he had received the necessary information needed for the deposit. On coming home I repeatedly phoned and emailed to see if we did have the tent. I left messages saying that I was really getting concerned as this was a post wedding brunch for my daughter and that I needed to know. I never was given the courtesy of a response which I find to be very unprofessional. If he had just let me know where we stood then I would not have written this review. I am wondering if the company is still in existence or if something has happened to Ryan. They have two phone numbers. I tried them both but the voice message on both number numbers was Ryan. We ended up getting the tent from another company in a fast,professional manner. Too many companies renting tents to put up with unprofessional, cavalier treatment offered by Action Party Rental.

They were super nice and accommodating. The party started at 11 but the team arrived promptly at 8am for set up. They did the set up and provided me the pertinent rules and instructions. What I thought was going to be a normal private fundraiser party turned out to be something very different. The women working as "hostesses" are not licensed adult entertainers, yet they were encouraged by the company to perform private dances, disrobing and motorboats for extra money while dressed in lingerie. This whole industry seems exploitative and unsafe, with excessive drinking, little oversight, and an environment that came across more like a strip club than a private party. It is very concerning that these events are held in banquet halls that also host weddings and family gatherings. It feels deceptive and completely inappropriate for that setting. What makes this experience even more painful is the impact it has had on my marriage and trust. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this type of event. If you are a fiancée or family member trying to plan something fun and respectful, please think carefully before choosing a lingerie stag or "dirty stag". It is not what it appears to be, and the emotional consequences can be lasting.
