We rented harleys and the staff was very experienced and willing to help anyway they could. Their prices were even better than the Harley dealer. Everything was clean and ready for us when we picked them up. We kept them for 24 hrs and took them back and the paperwork was fast and our deposits were returned very fast. I want to add their deposit fee was the least we ever had to pay which made us happy also. But being returned so fast was even better. I reccomend this company 110% We will be using them EVERYTIME we come into town.

We rented two golf carts that were already in not good condition--several scratches, seat belts not working, and other visible wear. When we returned them the next day, they accused us of causing a minor scratch on one wheel. We were not even sure it was us, as they refused to show the photo they took with a visible date. Despite this, they charged us over $200 in fees. The man handling was extremely rude, unwilling to have a reasonable conversation, and refused to let us speak to the owner after promising she would arrive in 10 minutes--we waited over an hour and she never showed up. This feels like a deliberate tactic to take advantage of tourists. Very unfair business practices. Be cautious and DONT rent from this place. And if you do , make sure YOU take your own pictures before you leave the parking lot ...

I failed to read the reviews and I hope that doesnt happen to you…read more Please DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The 6 seater slingshot (Hulk) had a damaged right panel when we received it. We took pictures of it before hand. After returning the vehicle they (I am assuming the owner/manager) artificially damaged the panels paint job and are attempting to charge us for the entire right panel replacement. We have pictures of the panel from overhead showing it was already cracked and separated from the chassis when we received the vehicle. We ended up tying a shoelace to the chassis to secure it for the day. I was a small business owner for many years, I am too trusting, and shouldn't have accepted the vehicle with the panel the way it was. When I disclosed that we did go over a speed bump slowly and chaffed the black plastic undercarriage (its about 1 inch wide and exactly what you would expect the undercarriage to do) I was told the manager would need to inspect the vehicle. I had already reveiwed the vehicle with the inspector and all we both found was the 1 inch chaffing. The black undercarriage is not part of the side panel at all and is intended to protect the vehicle's chassis which is exactly what it did. Some touchup paint or nothing is what should happen. I was told I could sit and wait for the "manager" or that I could leave and she would update me. Unfortunately we had a flight to catch so I had to leave. Knowing the only damage either of us saw was the scuff I felt comfortable that there wouldnt be a problem. I later received pictures and an "invoice". There was no message, just pictures showing paint "damage" to the side of the panel plus a balance of what I "owed" them. The manager clearly doesn't know basic physics, or how to properly fabricate damage. A speedbump from underneath the vehicle will not scrape paint from the side of a vehicle, especially in a symmetrical/clean cut pattern which was clearly done by a razor blade or sharp instrument. The paint damage was not there when I left, nor did the person who inspected the vehicle see it. The only mark that was discovered was a 1" scuff on the undercarriage. The manager (or someone) clearly did this to the vehicle after I left. This is an attempt to get me to pay for the entire panel replacement, which I have photos of being cracked and broken before we even rented the thing. Even if the removal of the paint that you falsified was justification for its replacement (which its not because its cosmetic and about 1 inch from the bottom of the vehicle) you rented a panel that was already cracked and needing replacement. For what its worth, I rented two vehicles and didnt have an issue with returning the second one. It was only after being honest about the speed bump that they are trying to take advantage. Having said that, it's been 3 days and both deposits are still pending. Shady business practice at best. If you choose to do business with them make sure you can easily get your depost back, which is exactly why I use AmEx. For what its worth, I felt comfortable renting from them because the woman that checked us in was very sweet and hepful. The guy that inspected our vehicle was also nice and seemed reasonable. After reading the reviews, which I should have done in the first place, I have a feeling these issues start and end with ownership/management who, fortuntely for her, I wont be dealing with to address this false claim. Lastly, and this goes to the manager who I never actually met but walked right past me (a paying customer) into her store. It's polite to address or acknowledge people, especially customers, as well as to say thank you to people when they hold the door open for you. You aren't entitled to having me do it for you.

STAY AWAY!!!!…read more Attempted to rent an 8 seater golf cart but it broke down less than a mile from leaving the store. Had to wait for somebody to come pick it up and was told to find a way back to the store. I got back and they had no other 8 seaters to rent me. They wanted me to drive two 4 seat golf carts at the same time. I did not have others with me as I was picking it up for the group. I asked instead for a refund considering I made it less than a mile. They said they don't offer refunds. They got the owner on the phone who was completely useless. He said they don't do refunds and I am out of luck. This place is the biggest scam I have ever seen. Stay away unless you like being stranded.

We called the store and their sales lady answered and said we were at the wrong location. She said she would send us the correct location. About 45 minutes later we called again and she said she forgot to send us the location. We finally arrived to the location she sent us to and there was no one there. We called again and the same sales lady said she will be there shortly. About another 30 mins go by and she pulls up on a golf cart. She has me fill out all the same information that I had previously filled out online and she went to the back. We stood up front for a while then decided to go see what the hold up was now. At this point we had been waiting 2 hours for a rental we had booked a head of time. We go to the back and we see her the "owner" both messing with a bunch of carts. She looks up at us and says we don't have any running carts at this time. We will give you a refund. We attempted to talk to the owner about how we were treated during this time and he point blank looked at us and said "he was too busy to deal with us" and asked us to leave. We gave it a couple days and still no refund. We called a couple times by day 3 and they asked if we just wanted to rent a golf cart, then gave us the run around about how the refund has to go through a different department. Here we are day 5 still no refund. If you want to rent a golf cart in this area go through Outlaw rentals they will treat you like a paying customer and their products actually run! I wish I could give King of Scooters a negative 260 star review since that is what I'm out until the fraud services through my bank can get me back my money for NO SERVICES RENDERED!!!!
