However the young lady (who looked about 22 yrs old) never addressed me but did my husband who was looking at the t-shirts. I asked her what size of handlebars was on the new Scouts. She said 6 inches. I told her that I rode a Scout Sixty and mine are 8, that they had to be more than 6 inches. She pulled out a measuring tape then said they were 10. At that point I lost faith in her measuring abilities and knowledge of the handlebars and motorcycles. I told her I was interested in purchasing 10" bars. She took us to the service desk where we spoke to the man at the desk. I asked him did they have the 10" in stock. He looked on the computer and said yes. He then told another man to go get it. Needless to say that was our last conversation. They never brought the handlebars out nor did they say a word to us. Of course we walked out after about waiting 20 minutes. Not friendly. Will never return nor will I recommend them.

After 20 months of having the bike I was told that my 3 yr extended warrannty was only for 15 months. We contacted the dealership and they told us that the staff who sold us my bike was no longer there and they are sorry that they lied to us about the warranty. The general manager wouldn't even speak to me about the matter. Why would I spend $30,000 to not get my full 3 year warranty. The warranty company even took our side saying that the wrong service date was on the contract. I recommended taking an attorney with you if you want to buy a bike from Panama City Beach Harley Davison.

We rented harleys and the staff was very experienced and willing to help anyway they could. Their prices were even better than the Harley dealer. Everything was clean and ready for us when we picked them up. We kept them for 24 hrs and took them back and the paperwork was fast and our deposits were returned very fast. I want to add their deposit fee was the least we ever had to pay which made us happy also. But being returned so fast was even better. I reccomend this company 110% We will be using them EVERYTIME we come into town.

The man handling was extremely rude, unwilling to have a reasonable conversation, and refused to let us speak to the owner after promising she would arrive in 10 minutes--we waited over an hour and she never showed up. This feels like a deliberate tactic to take advantage of tourists. Very unfair business practices. Be cautious and DONT rent from this place. I failed to read the reviews and I hope that doesnt happen to you…read more Please DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The 6 seater slingshot (Hulk) had a damaged right panel when we received it. We took pictures of it before hand. After returning the vehicle they (I am assuming the owner/manager) artificially damaged the panels paint job and are attempting to charge us for the entire right panel replacement. We have pictures of the panel from overhead showing it was already cracked and separated from the chassis when we received the vehicle. We ended up tying a shoelace to the chassis to secure it for the day. I was a small business owner for many years, I am too trusting, and shouldn't have accepted the vehicle with the panel the way it was. When I disclosed that we did go over a speed bump slowly and chaffed the black plastic undercarriage (its about 1 inch wide and exactly what you would expect the undercarriage to do) I was told the manager would need to inspect the vehicle. I had already reveiwed the vehicle with the inspector and all we both found was the 1 inch chaffing. The black undercarriage is not part of the side panel at all and is intended to protect the vehicle's chassis which is exactly what it did. Some touchup paint or nothing is what should happen. I was told I could sit and wait for the "manager" or that I could leave and she would update me. Unfortunately we had a flight to catch so I had to leave. Knowing the only damage either of us saw was the scuff I felt comfortable that there wouldnt be a problem. I later received pictures and an "invoice". There was no message, just pictures showing paint "damage" to the side of the panel plus a balance of what I "owed" them. The manager clearly doesn't know basic physics, or how to properly fabricate damage. A speedbump from underneath the vehicle will not scrape paint from the side of a vehicle, especially in a symmetrical/clean cut pattern which was clearly done by a razor blade or sharp instrument. The paint damage was not there when I left, nor did the person who inspected the vehicle see it. The only mark that was discovered was a 1" scuff on the undercarriage. The manager (or someone) clearly did this to the vehicle after I left. This is an attempt to get me to pay for the entire panel replacement, which I have photos of being cracked and broken before we even rented the thing. Even if the removal of the paint that you falsified was justification for its replacement (which its not because its cosmetic and about 1 inch from the bottom of the vehicle) you rented a panel that was already cracked and needing replacement. For what its worth, I rented two vehicles and didnt have an issue with returning the second one. It was only after being honest about the speed bump that they are trying to take advantage. Having said that, it's been 3 days and both deposits are still pending. Shady business practice at best. If you choose to do business with them make sure you can easily get your depost back, which is exactly why I use AmEx. For what its worth, I felt comfortable renting from them because the woman that checked us in was very sweet and hepful. The guy that inspected our vehicle was also nice and seemed reasonable. After reading the reviews, which I should have done in the first place, I have a feeling these issues start and end with ownership/management who, fortuntely for her, I wont be dealing with to address this false claim. Lastly, and this goes to the manager who I never actually met but walked right past me (a paying customer) into her store. It's polite to address or acknowledge people, especially customers, as well as to say thank you to people when they hold the door open for you. You aren't entitled to having me do it for you.

He does not make any decisions about the price, instead he refers you to the guy inside the shop. They advertise scooters for $25 a day or two dollars an hour. However, they do not have any single seat scooters which are the ones that are $25 a day. The double seat scooter is the one that's 2$ an hour. The prices are extremely negotiable which was offputtingly convenient. You can clearly tell they mark up the price just to lower it to make you feel like you're getting a deal. My group and I end up purchasing multiple double seat scooters which is all they had available for scooters. We were able to get the rental all day until 7 PM for $35. You also have to pay a $100 deposit - which is refundable if there is no damage to your scooter. The scooters had a full tank of gas and for the most part ran OK. There was a few times where we had issues cranking them up but eventually they started. Upon return it is expected that although the gas tank is full that you fill it back up to the line in the gas tank. So you need to open the gas tank to see and fill it up to the line. I also found it interesting that the personable guy did not do any of the inspections when the bike was returned. Then inspection was done by the guy inside and he was very detailed. But in the end we did get our deposit back. Overall the quality and the service was good, but the business practice was very shady. I think I got lucky it worked out for us.

I am very upset with the events that has taken place with one of your vendors at 8500 Thomas Dr…read more i rented an 8 seater golf cart in good faith only to be accused of running over curbs on Spygrass Dr (which there are not any) and tearing the rear end out of the golf cart. The cart was not running right to begin with but due to the fact i had never driven that particular cart i thought it was just me! I drove it from the Thomas St location back to our rental house at 5113 Beach Rd and then to Wonder World and back to house. It was then driven up Thomas St and back to the house. The next morning i proceeded to go find other family members in the other cart we had rented and as i got to the end of Spygrass Dr i put it in reverse and backed up and then in forward and pulled up and had to back up again and then put back in forward and at that point it would not move. A man working on the house at the end of the street called the number on the cart and proceeded to tell them what was happening and they hug up on him. I tried calling them 15 more times and never could get the calls to go through. We finally called another number and told them what had happened and they sent someone to pick it up. Charlie J called someone and they told him he would need to speak to someone else and that person would call him back. He asked me to come back 30 minutes to an hour. This was around 10:30. We were in town for a family vacation and to watch my great nephew play in the 9U World Series baseball tournament. We had to be back at the ball field at 3 so i waited until 1 to go back by and i was then told he still had not heard from anyone. While at the ballgame i received a text with a bill for $2650 attached. After the game i go back to see Charlie J and he tells me that me or someone stripped the gears on the golf cart! I told him that golf carts do not have gears to be shifted manually!!! He then hands me a card and told me to call or go to the location at 292 Powell Adam's Road. I go to that location, we waited for some blonde to show up and she walks in, never stays a word to any of us, grabs my rental agreement and walks back out the door. We are still waiting and she comes back in, still never acknowledged us, goes to a computer gets on the phone with someone and continued with phone conversation trying to locate GPS footage to prove to me that we tore the rear end out of this golf cart. We went with this for 5-10 minutes and then wanted my email address so they could email me the footage the next day! I threw the marker on the counter and it hit her in the face and things went from bad to worse! All i wanted was my $150 deposit back and some of the rental back and all i got was a bill for $2650 that i will not be paying! This company needs to be shut down! They are bad for your town! I left today 6/22/25 with a very unhappy visit to Panama City Beach. I will be contacting an attorney and file a civil lawsuit against them and try to get the others they have done the same thing to to file with me. THIS SO CALL BUSINESS IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR TOWN!!!!

Had to wait for somebody to come pick it up and was told to find a way back to the store. I got back and they had no other 8 seaters to rent me. They wanted me to drive two 4 seat golf carts at the same time. I did not have others with me as I was picking it up for the group. I asked instead for a refund considering I made it less than a mile. They said they don't offer refunds. They got the owner on the phone who was completely useless. He said they don't do refunds and I am out of luck. This place is the biggest scam I have ever seen. Stay away unless you like being stranded.

We called the store and their sales lady answered and said we were at the wrong location. She said she would send us the correct location. About 45 minutes later we called again and she said she forgot to send us the location. We finally arrived to the location she sent us to and there was no one there. We called again and the same sales lady said she will be there shortly. About another 30 mins go by and she pulls up on a golf cart. She has me fill out all the same information that I had previously filled out online and she went to the back. We stood up front for a while then decided to go see what the hold up was now. At this point we had been waiting 2 hours for a rental we had booked a head of time. We go to the back and we see her the "owner" both messing with a bunch of carts. She looks up at us and says we don't have any running carts at this time. We will give you a refund. We attempted to talk to the owner about how we were treated during this time and he point blank looked at us and said "he was too busy to deal with us" and asked us to leave. We gave it a couple days and still no refund. We called a couple times by day 3 and they asked if we just wanted to rent a golf cart, then gave us the run around about how the refund has to go through a different department. Here we are day 5 still no refund. If you want to rent a golf cart in this area go through Outlaw rentals they will treat you like a paying customer and their products actually run! I wish I could give King of Scooters a negative 260 star review since that is what I'm out until the fraud services through my bank can get me back my money for NO SERVICES RENDERED!!!!
