Shuttles are not nearly frequent enough, and there is a very long line at the terminal.

Ended up taking an uber to this location in Puyallup . When I got there I was informed that there would be a long wait to pick up the car. Lots of people came in right after me. The place was closing in 20 minutes. And they were severely understaffed. (this seems the case all too often, in the quest to use AI to depersonalize large businesses & optimize profit) The Staff on hand that day were truly amazing. Doing their best in a difficult work environment. Especially Rachel who was in car detail dept but took charge that afternoon.. She informed everyone of the long wait. Ran around like an athlete, checking out the vehicles. And yet dealing gracefully with disgruntled customers. This review has is 4 star vs the 5 due to the understaff issue. Enterprise has always been my go to for car rentals..I certainly hope they will figure out their staffing situation. It really puts undue stress on their employees.

Also why I keep using enterprise for personal and business needs .

The car itself was really nice! the clerk had to initially had to vacuum it out real quick but I got there early so I wasn't complaining, the car was nice and smelt nice and performed great, though it was a bit pricey granted I'm 22 and had a underage fee that added 150 dollars to the total charge, 586 in total plus paying for gas when using the car it wasn't bad. Overall maybe it had horrible management before but now I'd say this place is a great place to rent from and always seem to have vehicles at the ready.

Her customer service was top tier and that really stood out to me because I am going thru a hard time and every bit of kindness is seen and appreciated.. I appreciated her willingness to do anything to help me out. And for that I will definitely be coming back to hertz for my next rental. The rental was brand new when I received it. I had no complaints!

If I could give zero stars I would... We have bought 2 ADA conversion vans from United Access. The…read morefirst was at the Redmond location and was a decent experience. The second was at the Sumner location and has been the worst... We will be taking future purchases to other vendors. Please do your research. These vehicles aren't something that anyone buys because they want to... it's absolutely a need. For my family, it's because of my son who is in a power wheelchair. This happens to be the only vehicle that all of my children are in at the same time. Safety is a massive priority for us but particularly for this vehicle. We bought a Toyota Sienna and by the time the first oil change was due... within 4 months and around 4000 miles, the brakes were metal on metal... the heat from this actually started to discolor and warp the rotors... For safety reasons, I had to replace both. I contacted United Access in hopes that they would acknowledge that this should not have happened and possibly make it right... they did not, I was met with invoices showing their third party had deemed everything "green". Maybe I don't know enough about brakes but it seems like a reach that the brakes and rotors went from "green" to needing both brakes and rotors replaced, pretty quickly... This was an expensive repair after just buying an expensive vehicle. It doesn't stop there though... I also made a service appointment because there was a crunching/grinding noise as the conversion ramp deployed and retracted... and the majority of the time, it wouldn't fully retract at all. Nothing like trying to either yank that in floor ramp out or push it back in while it's freezing or raining outside. I was concerned that something was stuck in the tracks and noted that to the service department. At the appointment, they started with their typical troubleshooting at the battery... fine, apparently that was from 2017. They were surprised to find the battery was so old... yet we had just bought this vehicle from them... I guess it was far enough in the "green" when they sold it to us that they also didn't think it warranted a replacement. I paid the $500 to replace that as well and was sent on my way. I had a feeling that wouldn't resolve the issue of the grinding/crunching. I was advised to come back if I continued to have the ramp issues... surprise surprise the ramp still had issues. I called to discuss again and was advised that there would potentially be a discount since it was a return visit for the same issue I had brought it in for the week before... We decided to take the floor off the van to find the noise ourselves... just to potentially save time for a tech troubleshooting... sure enough, the majority of the links that secure the cable for the ramp was crushed and the cable was beginning to be severed. I felt relieved to have found the sound. I took photos and sent them to the service department and put the floor back on. We did not repair it ourselves at the time because we were hopeful that the company would take care of us. Again, I was met with an explanation that they did in fact "fix" the issue and then sent me an invoice with an estimate for $1000ish... zero discount... zero accountability for not looking further into the issue while I was there the first time. Mind you, the first appointment was entire day off of work for me, an hour plus drive each way and the cost of gas. I know that used car dealerships have a bad rap and I should have expected this... but it feels so disheartening to be dealing with, especially when this particular dealership deals in vehicles that are meant for our elderly and/or disabled... they are our most vulnerable and it's clear that this company only cares about the dollar signs. Although they seem to be the biggest/most widely known in our area... there are other dealerships that deal in conversion vans... I would recommend going anywhere else... I know we will in the future.

The first week everything was fine, I booked online and was charged exactly what I paid when I booked. The second week I booked online again and everything seemed to be fine. Two days later, when checking my bank account I realized I was charged an extra $64??? I went back this morning to get an explanation and the owner told me it was for an additional driver? I never drove the car either week, just paid for it. He stated that the previous weeks rental I was given a "freebie" on the additional driver. I told him that was confusing and he agreed, but did not refund me or offer me a credit. Overall a very confusing and poor experience particularly regarding one person paying for a rental for someone else to drive. I would've rented another car from them this weekend and possibly the next depending on how the car search goes, but I will now be going elsewhere. The owner was also not the most friendly guy I've met in a customer service orientated business. Be careful what you sign and read the fine print!

When we returned the car after two weeks, this other woman is the opposite vibes from the first that we encountered. Totally the friendliest and the kindest. Even greeted us upon entering their office. Most of all she was very grateful for returning the car neat and spotless from the first time it was given to us. We got the Prius car and the car did a good job throughout the trip. Saved a lot of gasoline which is so expensive at that time. Will surely consider this hybrid car renting the next time we juander. I replied with Great, thank you. Received a call from, Chris the next day. I wasn't ready to buy a car yet however we talked about options and I viewed the website. Told him would call when I was ready. The insurance company finally paid off my car (financed). I didn't really want my credit ran and couldn't afford to pay for the. Rental returned it and went next door to see what was available. Great cars in the lot all clean and ready to drive. No negotiating all prices are listed and firm ( not a problem for me). Ok so this is what happened I told him look I don't want you looking for financing for no reason the other loan won't reflect paid. Showed him the payment being sent to insurance gave him my info and we found financing in less than five actually several banks approved me. The best part is the car that I ended up getting wasn't even the car I thought of buying - I drive a couple of cars and based on our conversation Chris pulled the car of my dreams in the front I drove it, loved it Went inside and made the purchase. I appreciate my Salesperson Chris for directing me in the right direction because I didn't see that car any place and it met my price point. Happy Driver
