From the reservation confirmation, to pick up, and even during drop-off, she made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. Madison checked me out quickly and efficiently, and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Madison definitely restored my faith that it still exists! The lady told me they do and just make the reservation. I also asked about having someone else pay for the rental because I was just helping someone who doesn't drive move to another state. I was told we can do that. The day before the rental pickup, they called to ask for a credit card in my name. On the day of picking up the vehicle, they wouldn't pick us up from our address as I was initially told (and thus expected). When we arrived at the location, they also wouldn't use someone else's credit card (the person I'm helping move) unless they're in the account as an additional driver. He doesn't have a driver's license and doesn't drive. This was explained to them prior to booking. I wish they were upfront and not mislead customers and put us in a situation when we couldn't back out anymore. Other than that, I'm glad they did drop me off to my address after returning the vehicle, albeit waiting for a long time for someone available to drive me back.

The undercarriage of our car is essentially ruined, along with a destroyed bumper. The lady who answers the phone is so rude and unhelpful. On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!! After a couple hours I got my van back and WOW. Our van (2 messy kids) looks like we just bought it.
