So, now what. I didn't have an unlimited budget but wanted quality furniture and then through the magic of the internet I stumbled upon the Cort Furniture website. I looked at the pictures of the furniture with the listed prices and thought, this is too good to be true. It wasn't. When I walked in Angie immediately greeted me and let me know she was there if I needed any help. And boy, did she help me. Angie has wonderful taste and through her assistance I was able to furnish my living room and bedroom for under 1,600. This price included a beautiful sectional couch, 8x10 luscious rug and bamboo bedroom set. They really care at Cort furniture. I forgot to buy a bedframe while I was there and the manager brought it to me on his way home. I don't know anywhere else where you can get this kind of service, caring and value. I can't wait to go back and discover more design rich items because there inventory is ever changing.

I have two furniture accounts with this company and I am out of work do to Covid-19. I called because I wanted to update my payment method because the card that I have on file was my debit card and I haven't received a pay check in 2 weeks so them taking funds from my debit card would overdraw my account. I spoke with several representatives on 4/3 none of which agreed to change my payment method. They all said I need to speak with a Chicago rep (Tonya). On 4/4 the debit card I didn't want to be charged was charged for both of my accounts. I am pissed because now my debit card is over drawn and again I don't currently receive a paycheck. I called this morning and the person I talked to immediately updated my payment method; I dont understand what changed from 4/3 to 4/4. I am very displeased with this company. Thanks Cort Furniture what a way to treat a new customer and to leave a bad taste. I am currently looking for a new furniture rental company. Customer service means alot to me and I HATE being treated unfairly.
