MCH disrupted this peace of mind immediately by providing some of the worst service I've ever encountered. My A/C did not work the week I moved in. They ended up replacing the unit after it was apparent their technicians were incompetent and could not resolve the issue. Issues with the HVAC still persisted after. The hot water heater also did not work on multiple occasions. I would pursue legal action against this company if I could. DO NOT LET A BUILDER USE THEM ON YOUR HOME

I liked them so much, I wanted to expand my quote to include some plumbing and electrical work. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing. I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion. I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.

My backyard camera picked up his whole conversation with his boss. He said I'm not putting that gate back on & I'm not telling her either. So he intentionally did it & apparently his boss was ok with it. The worker act slow & confused about what he was doing. Happy to have air, but the service was horrible. Not to mention how he kept coming & going trying to bill for more labor hours. He should've came prepared with everything he needed. I absolutely can't stand men who try to get over on women. We called Martins to get a quote on replacing some plumbing fixtures and supply lines in both bathrooms because the cheapest "PEX" fittings and plastic supply lines available had started to leak. The receptionist at Martins said that the guys there like to start early and asked if 7:00am would be too early for an estimate quote to be done. At 7:00am on the dot, Martins' guy, Mike, was ringing our doorbell. In less than an hour, Mike gave us a written estimate and was ready to leave. We decided to use Martins to do the work and called the next morning to schedule the work to be done. A few day later, again at 7:00am, one of Martins' plumbers named Cody was parked in our driveway. In just over two hours Cody completed the work and was ready to go to the next job. Cody could not have been better. He was professional, friendly, very clean and neat, and left the bathroom's cabinets and counter-tops in excellent condition. Best of all, no leaks! I am glad to recommend Martins to anyone in need of plumbing jobs to be done.
