Appointments have been canceled at the last minutes, sometimes with less than an hour's notice. I have even shown up only to find my appointment canceled. On another occasion, my appointment was canceled because the technician needed to give someone a ride home. As a working professional with a busy schedule, this is incredibly disappointing. The ambivalent disregard for the inconvenience to clients is honestly ridiculous. The automated booking and text system also makes communication nearly impossible. Good luck trying to call and reach an actual person to resolve an issue. When appointments are canceled last minute, I have been told the next available appointment is a month or more out. I've had appointments canceled when I was already due for service, only to be told I couldn't be seen again for a month to a month and a half. This is absurd considering the cancellation was not my fault. Even more concerning is that the salon keeps clients' credit cards on file, yet I have still been unable to reach anyone to confirm that my information has been removed. It's especially frustrating as a long-term client who has always shown up on time, tipped well, and been flexible when scheduling issues came up. At times, it feels as though clients are treated like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. At this point, the lack of professionalism and reliability has simply become ridiculous. I have used multiple services at this salon, but I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. As a long-time Santa Clarita resident, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon to my colleagues, friends, or family. I've unfortunately advised people I know to take their business elsewhere.
