The showstopper was our €130 grilled seafood platter with Jonas crabs, 2 lobsters, razor clams, crabs, cockles, etc. The cooks here, take their kitchen skills to the next level by PERFECTLY grilling the crabs, lobsters and shrimp. Ever been to a restaurant and get an overcooked crustacean with a mushy texture shell that doesn't even CRACK? When you take the claw cracker at M. Galicia for the crabs and lobsters, that 'snap' and 'crackle' sound is what you want to hear- and you do!! The result was a terrific crisp shell. We have since found out that this was not the case! If only they'd have switched the drinks over it wouldn't have been a problem.
