Refused to call me at work to discuss after my wife told them to repeatedly. The next day, They were behind schedule because of this, I got them to tear out the old tile, but they left the floor VERY uneven, you can fell it moving under your feet in some places, The refrigerator was so uneven, the doors did not close properly. They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. I paid the balance, let them know it was under protest. They could not care less. Buyer beware!

I will let the readers of yelp decide on their own what that means. Also thank you for posting the link to access the courthouse record. That was brave and helpful. In my opinion, the person who took you to court must have been very upset to take you to court. People don't go through that kind of trouble and expense or no reason, in my opinion. Because you so kindly provided the court information. I did review the public court records, however, there are no details that you mentioned listed in the court records. The full court record I accessed simply states the the complainants reasons and the conclusion of the case. There were no details at all included in the record. No comments such as the ones you mention were documented in the record, only the outcome. BTW: Losing a court case can happen for lots of reasons. It doesn't mean the complaint was not valid. It can simply mean the small claims court complainant had a lousy lawyer. Or, since it was lower court, some people don't hire an attorney and if the person suing is not a lawyer perhaps they could not prepare their case properly. But that court case, that you so kindly linked to, can help another consumer win their case, if their complaint about you is similar. It shows a pattern. As for defamation and libel and slander, perhaps you need to school yourself on what they actually mean, lest you yourself end up in court for libel.

He was a down to earth, easy to talk to guy who walked me through carpet and padding selection. Gene gave me a guesstimate on the price but finalized the price when he came to measure the bedroom. Final price was almost identical. The installation price included moving furniture, removing and taking the old carpet and padding, installation and cleanup. Gene was on time, professional, and assured me that the installers were CERTIFIED installers. Lucky for me, there was a cancellation which allowed an earlier installation date. The installers, Adam and Daniel, arrived on time, got to work as soon as they arrived and laid the carpet to perfection....including a tricky installation in my closet that had built in closet storage. My bedroom and area outside the bedroom was left spotless! I highly recommend this local family business.
