Instead of simply standing by their pricing, the response implied that lower-priced services aren't as thorough and that you "get what you pay for." That felt unnecessary and dismissive. I completely understand that every company sets their own rates and standards, but transparency and professionalism in communication matter just as much as pricing. This just wasn't the right fit for me. I definitely would not book this company. UPDATE: Instead of the owner responding to my review public which clearly isn't about just her rate, she's in my inbox privately saying I have no right to leave a review regarding my experience trying to book this company. This time she's trying to insult me saying I "can't afford" her ripping me off, & guess what she's absolutely correct. I have a 2 story very small 2444 sq feet home with 2 occupants secondly my home has been getting cleaned professionally bi-weekly since the purchase 4 years ago in no way in 8 hours needed to clean my home- Which she agreed initially after learning somewhat the condition of my home. I'm pretty much moving out so if I didn't have a ladder how would deep cleaning be done. As she walked out she used her handheld swifer to clean top of my frames in the hallway. Rag and water and maybe soap and a cleaner does the job. I found dust on the blinds. She mentioned that because she Cleaned the floors the dust got onto the blinds, so of course you could see it on the base boards. Well maybe I'm wrong or just too nice, but I expected it cleaner. My renters moved in and said the top shelves of the closets were not dusted and the laundry room was not very clean. The couch was not moved, but I couldn't expect her to do that. However I have colleagues say their house keepers clean all Day and move couches. They were only there from 8am-2pm. I'm sure they just did basic cleaning and felt like deep cleaning because there was a lot of dust and dog hair.
