She took detailed measurements of our semi walk-in closet, walked us through options, showed samples, and gave us a price on the spot, no pressure at all. The next day, Julie emailed a detailed virtual rendering of our closet, which really helped confirm our vision. After we decided to move forward, the contract was thorough, so be sure to read everything carefully before signing. We submitted our deposit on October 15th and received a December 1st installation date. A week before, we got a confirmation call with our arrival window. On install day, Aaron arrived right on time, friendly and professional, with another installer joining him. They completed the entire install and cleanup in about 2.5 hours. Overall, the process from design to installation was smooth and professional. My only drawback is the price, which is on the higher end compared to competitors. Even without premium finishes, it felt a bit steep for the quality of shelving. Overall, it was a great experience. Her attention to details: she noticed that the bottom part the wall was farther out than the top and made the drawings based on the existing condition of the wall.
