Exact same situation as last time. Our drinks came out fast, but food took forever. We waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 wrap. They weren't busy; there were two people who ordered drinks before us (and also got them pretty quickly) and another small group who came in while we were waiting for food and ordered drinks only, got them, and left. The food was good and the place is really cute, but it was really a pain to have to wait so long when we wanted to get back on the road. I want to be able to patronize the place, but we are not risking the wait again next time we make this road trip. Note on the drinks: My parents liked their chai and matcha lattes (I tried the chai and it was pretty good, did not try the matcha), and my mom and I both liked the bubble teas we got last time, but the hot green tea was just a Twinings tea bag. I saw what looked like different tea boxes on the wall, so maybe they have different options for other types of tea, but I would be inclined to recommend the tea lattes over the plain tea if all they've got is Twinings.

The shop and tea house are connected, which makes for a nice experience - after ordering our beverages, we had the option to sit in the cute tea room or shop around the pantry shop. The owner was working that day and incredibly sweet. She had a lovely selection of tea (as one would expect at a tea house, but I'm cynical) and tea related gifts. If I lived closer, I would absolutely make a date for friends and I to come enjoy the tea house together! As for the pantry - you have a wonderful curated selection of jams, hot sauces, candy, and more. I think I spent at least 30 minutes checking everything out (my partner is a big hot sauce lover). We shared a "small" bowl of mint ting-a-ling ice cream, not a sundae. When I ordered, I was asked "what size?". I asked what size servings the people at the corner table were eating. I was told "small". Even though I had been told the servings were very large, I was not prepared for the very large "small". It was clearly large enough to share, so ordered a small with two spoons.
