I do not know the lady's name who did my eyebrows, but I asked her not to arch them, only to clean them up and she did an amazing job. I was in and out within 10 minutes. It is also reasonably priced, about $10. Cons: None really, I would just suggest the ladies introduce theirselves to new customers that way if we like the service we know exactly who to ask for when we return. I didn't expect it in one go since obviously dark brown hair won't go to platinum in one session. I expressed I was VERY anxious since I had never had my hair bleached. This is what I walked out with. It was very uneven and the girl absolutely fried off my hair for over $200. I let my roots grow out maybe 3-4 inches before coming back for a root touch up. I was set on still accomplishing what I wanted. The girl said she needed to look through a note left to see what was used on my hair. They didn't leave notes on what they put on my hair. She told me the girl was an apprentice who did my hair. Why on earth would you have an inexperienced hair stylist do someone's hair who has long virgin hair who also expressed they were very anxious about getting their hair done for the first time. Then she did my roots but told me we only had time for highlights instead, and I asked her to refresh the black underneath since it had washed out over a couple months time. She said she also didn't have time for that. I walked out with highlights on my roots but color all over on the rest for an obnoxious price once again. Decided I wasn't going to give them another chance, bought a couple boxes of garnier platinum blonde bleach, wella toner and did the job by myself. Me, someone who's never done so little as use some box dye on anyone's hair, did a way better job than two people who do hair for a living and didn't further damage the already sensitive strands they left me with. Do not go here to go blonde, go to a blonde specialist PLEASE. I really wish they would have told me they aren't good at doing what I requested instead of putting me through so much time, money, and dis-satisfaction.
