I do not know the lady's name who did my eyebrows, but I asked her not to arch them, only to clean them up and she did an amazing job. I was in and out within 10 minutes. It is also reasonably priced, about $10. Cons: None really, I would just suggest the ladies introduce theirselves to new customers that way if we like the service we know exactly who to ask for when we return.
