Although he was looped into my complicated plan in a very quick manner, he did not hesitate to step in and take next steps confidently. Whether it is to discuss his feedback on my plan or to connect with my surgeon- he has been extremely proactive which is very appreciated considering he is fully booked all the time. What I appreciate more is that when he notices something is wrong, he pushes back which many providers can be uncomfortable doing (for example he did not agree with teeth being pulled). Dr Brady is a provider that can be trusted to take the utmost care and Atlanta Orthodontic Specialists is lucky to have him!

Wow! This practice has had my best interest in mind since the very first day. No extra fees, costs,…read moreor added unnecessary therapies. I've had the ease of absolute trust through this chapter of my life. The result AND the process itself was an overflowing joy to experience. Thank you, Atlanta Orthodontic Specialists, for bringing me a confidence like one I never had before, for educating me more about my smile, and for expanding the longevity of my health. All the appointments were SIMPLE and to-the-point. Smooth sailing. Fast. Have a lot of questions? They'll answer them. Had a bracket snap off? They'll fit you in right away. Of course, we're working with the human body, so nothing is subject to perfection BUT Dr. Stewart & Dr. Tyler Rathburn settle for nothing less..! I posted BEFORE/AFTER photos for those reading my review to see the changes that occured through my care. I used to clench from the off-balance of my crooked teeth (look at how big my jaw muscles were in the left photo). The mechanics of my bite were terrible, causing me to pop out fillings & crowns, wear down my teeth, and wake up with random chips in my smile ~ my wallet needed a break from constantly putting out fires. If I didn't listen to the signs and symptoms, the cost of the repairs would have gone too far and to the point where I would eventually start needing implants. During my ortho treatment, my jaw muscles stopped overcompensating and my face had slimmed to a V-shape. My teeth & jaw muscles began finding balance. Ortho saved my smile from a premature death. I know you're already imagining the confidence a straight smile will bring to your life. For me, working as a cosmetic dental hygienist.. EVERYONE looks at my smile. Does that make me a picky and high maintenance individual about my teeth? Absolutely. Am I 100% satisfied in the concluding aesthetics from my care? Ummm YES. The only regret I have is WHY didn't I do this sooner? I would rave more, but when you scheduled a consultation, you'll quickly see all the positivity this place floods into people's lives.

Dr. Myerson makes me feel reassured and gave me peace of mind. He took the time to explain to me and my husband the procedures that I would need to fix the situation with my teeth. He was kind and patient when answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend him. An special mention to Zoya, his assistant, she is fabulous.

Following the cavity filling, I had a negative experience with my dental cleaning and had no plans to return. She was very rough but bo longer works there. I ended up cancelling my follow up but spoke to my friend and she recommended changing to Jay. Jay is the best dental cleaning I have had. They do not accept DHMO or DMO and they don't confirm your insurance until you check out. There was no intake or let us update your info/ insurance when I walked in which I thought was weird. That is the first thing that I've been asked to do but I unfortunately assumed that I was all good. Typically I have had all medical confirm beforehand so I'm at least aware of the cost. I had to pay $280 for a dental cleaning appointment. When I asked the check out about last year, she said I paid out of pocket as well which was fine. However I paid in full each time and randomly have a $4 charge on my receipt for a starting period of September. I had no appointment in September but I don't know why I was retro charged when I checked out each time. The line item also provides no detail. I would have cancelled the appointment if I had known so I'll be cancelling my future appointments for the year. To me that cost is too much so I won't be returning. I'll be reimbursing myself through HSA for the cost. The front desk, specifically the Caucasian front desk employees, should ask people their name and appointment time. That's front desk etiquette to me and eliminates any assumptions based off skin color, race, or gender. I'm not sure why that's hard but it was giving - I grew up in "whites only" and have not changed. They do offer invisalign but I ended up going somewhere else for a lower payment plan. They only offered 4 payments and I had other financial commitments so I wasn't willing to pay. Cons are the price, paying for parking and communication based on the above.

When I managed dental practices, he was always my go-to referral for orthodontic care. I've trusted him with countless patients over the years, and every experience has been exceptional. His work transformed her smile--and our entire experience with his office was warm, professional, and caring from start to finish. Most recently, I referred a friend who had the same incredible experience and couldn't stop raving about how excited they are to be under Dr. Wright's care. I was recommended to this establishment to get a flipper to fill in a missing tooth in April 2025…read more I was seen my Dr. Yo .. ( not sure how to spell it ) She was a very nice Doctor . I was charged $900 for the flipper and $400 for a temporary. The temporary was HORRIBLE. I was refunded for the temporary and had to wait 3 weeks without a tooth for the flipper. The flipper came, it was HUGE and did not fit so it was sent back & returned in another 2 weeks.. the second flipper came, and was TOO small & very thin... I was told to try it out and come back if need be. Less than a month later it snapped in half so I came back in, and another flipped was re-ordered. A month later still no flipper. The office told me it was the company they outsourced to that was taking a long time.. 2 months later, 3 months , 4 months later STILL NO FLIPPER. I was told they switched companies to "glide well" to make the piece for me.. 5 months later still no flipper.. I've called multiple times to speak with the Dr. Yo and have been told she's always busy all of a sudden...I decided to go with another company and I asked for a refund . I was told that if I got a refund they would charge me for the chair time , and I've been back and forth multiple times .. Here we are in January 2026, I have still not received my flipper or a refund . It's been 9 months still I've paid for a service I have not received ... i will be back with an update . I would not recommend at allllllll .

Long story short, I stop wearing my retainers post treatment which is why I ended up in Dr Kaplans office ( * shrugs shoulders/hides face lol). Good thing Invisalign treatment is only for 6-8 months, that will fly by in no time. Today (12/21) was a pre bday gift to myself. It was my official aligner fitting, yet again nothing but superb customer service. As soon as I checked in, I was presented with a bday card and chocolate (no nuts) - that's the rule lol. It's the small things that makes my day, the gesture was kind and very unexpected. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the staff member that assisted with getting my aligners on however she was absolutely AMAZING, very thorough! Dr Kaplan once again greeting me with his uplifting personality. Made sure everything was in place before I departed. I look forward to signing off on the signature wall in 8 months!
