I went to five med spas in the first quarter of 2022 to determine who I would trust with my face. There is no more important professional to interview and entity to figure out the intention of and feel the vibes for than they who work on the part of you everyone sees the most! There were two spas that were distinctly different than the others I met with, and with more research ANEU is the leader of them all. Did you know injections can cause blindness? Like people didn't tell me any downsides or negatives at three of the spas I went for consults at. ANEU gives balance and isn't just offering filler everywhere. While I was very much stating a desire for a non-noticeable, natural appearance if I were to inject, I didn't start yet. But the sense here is balance versus fill any line. I have tried three other treatments from ANEU and would do them all again as often as recommended (if not for finite funds). There are a lot of services here and I don't know about them all but I believe ANEU staff can get you prepared. See website for lots of education. I appreciate details being available there for reference. I was scheduled with Tara for my first treatment. I have continued to book with her and will stay exclusive to her as long as she is there. She cares, she's calming, she educates, and she takes the time. I hope she works at the newer location that rumor has it will be closer to where I reside! Listen to the free podcasts to get more "behind the scenes" on this space and to "meet" the staff before you book time. ANEU is very busy so do plan accordingly.

She did not behave like someone who cares about her clients or business. I had been a long-time customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. There are a few skilled aestheticians, but the quality is extremely inconsistent - you never know what level of experience you're going to get when you book. While the front staff are friendly on the surface, the overall experience lacks substance, professionalism and expertise. This is not a spa I would trust.

I met with Jodie for my consult and she gave me some very honest advice - she informed me that fillers would not be a good solution to one of my problems. She advised me of several other options (one of which was not offered at Aesthetica). I felt very safe in her care because she wasn't just giving me what I asked for, she was helping me make an informed choice, even though it meant less business for Aesthetica. So I did get fillers in one area and I am REALLY happy with them. Jodie is really good at what she's does and my face still looks like my face - just refreshed. Some FYIs - I think the consult was $50. When I paid for my service they deducted the $50. My fillers ended up costing ~$600 in total. There's also a rewards program that you can sign up for to get discounts on future services. I will definitely be back.

The office is beautiful, very bright with lots of natural lighting. There are products displayed in cases wrapping the reception area with lots of smiles to greet you all around. My consult was with Emily. She was very knowledgeable of different skin types and the different needs of your specific skin tone. I had done a lot of reach on my own prior to scheduling the consult and knew which questions to ask and signs to look for for a good skin doctor. Emily superseded every expectations and went above and beyond to address my skincare concerns. What surprised me was that I had the intention of going in to get some fillers under the eye. After some discussion and assessment, Emily told me flat out that I was not a good candidate for fillers, because "you don't need it". This really amazed me because I've never heard of any business rejecting a willing customer who's basically screaming, "take all my money!". Providing further education, Emily told me that I should address my concerns first by taking preventative measurements in forms of a good skincare routine and maybe opt for fillers down the road. This goes to show that Roberson's really want you to care for your skin in the form of self care instead of finding answers with unnecessary, elective cosmetic augmentations. I fully trust Emily and Robertson's to have the best intentions for me and my skin, and would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about exploring or questioning if they need to address any skincare concerns.

The procedure was performed using conscious sedation rather than general anesthesia, which I felt was a safer approach. At three weeks post-op, I had more facial sensation than I did years after my first facelift. Dr. Parfitt performed my facelift, neck lift, and forehead lowering with scalp advancement. Scar revision from my prior facelift and correction of my earlobes were included as part of the facelift. The scars healed extremely well with his soft-tissue technique, including removal of visible scarring along the back hairline. His approach reflects a strong focus on safety, risk reduction, and long-term function--not just appearance. The clinic is beautiful, well organized, and efficiently run. Dr. Parfitt has a calm, steady manner and excellent aesthetic judgment. He was clear and realistic about what results to expect, and his recommendations were conservative and natural. I look refreshed, not "done." Recovery was smooth. He provided clear post-op instructions and supplement recommendations to help reduce swelling, which I believe helped. After surgery, he gave me his personal cell number and responded promptly to texts, even on weekends. For the level of care, craftsmanship, and results, his pricing is very fair. Highly recommend.
